Khadafi helped me in the drive thru and was so kind to upgrade my soda to a large for waiting on him to refill the soda machine. He was so polite and brightened my day! Every time I come here, my food is always hot and I’ve never had an issue with a single order. I do see a lot of bad reviews and I admit that the first few weeks this location was open, it was a bit of a disaster, but it’s to be expected while employees figure things out. Ever since coming back many times, my experience has always been good!

Post covid fast food has been trash no matter where you go. I swore off all fast food about two years ago for the most part , a McDs tripple extra pickle occasionally . .But on this day, a rainy cold fall afternoon, I went there out of desperation. I ate 4 dorito locos tacos, and 2 crunchwrap supremes and they were bomb! I must have got lucky that day and the crew was on point all the freshest ingredients possibly be no soggy/stale or broken shells no forgotten ingredients, perfect! Good 1 to end on till another year from now.

I’ve been here four times, and each time the workers have been rude. They appear to be high school students, likely from Anoka High School across the street. Normally, I try to give them grace since they may be stressed or still learning, but my last drive-through experience was particularly disappointing. A female employee started taking my order and everything was fine — we could hear each other clearly. However, just as I was about to say, “That’ll be all,” a male employee suddenly took over and said “What?” in a rude tone. The service really affected how the food tasted — it’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re treated disrespectfully.

Food was as expected but this whole ordering at the kiosk with a sign in code from online or in their app is a load of bull… One of the guys finally came up and took my order at the counter after i tried for over 10 min to navigate the website to order something, meanwhile another customer in the store was trying to figure out the kiosk… i don’t blame this particular store for this, but if this is Taco Bell’s new MO, i don’t think i will be ordering from there anymore… Bring people back. Don’t make us jump through hoops on the website or sign up for some stupid app just to be able to order food from you. Online ordering is supposed to be a convenience feature, not a requirement. Also the prices have nearly doubled since the last time i ordered from there…

Ordered food on the app and picked up through the drive through. Pop had no carbonation. “Hey this pop is flat” “yeah I know, the carbonation has been out since this morning” “oh okay I don’t want it. Can you just refund it.” “No because you ordered though the app” are you kidding me? 1 large and 1 medium pop is like 5-6 bucks. So I take my issues to the app and they offer 3 dollars off our next order which doesn’t cover the cost! Then when I got home I was given the flaming hot grilled cheese burrito instead of the regular. They refuse to do anything for you when they mess up the order.

They did an amazing job, food was fresh hot and they did pur big orders 100% correct even with all the modifications we had made. No complaints. The staff were very friendly as well. Thank you! Best experience we habe had at a Taco Bell in awhile

I have been to this Taco Bell many times since opening. Lets just say I have been an idiot to keep going back. I have had to many wrong orders to count.

Today was the last draw, I was given the wrong order completely. Shame on me for not checking the order as soon as I received it in the drive through. I checked only once I got home 35 minutes away.

When I called in they originally stated the only thing they could do was to have me make the 35 minute drive back so they could remake my order. I stated this was not an option. I then got multiple explanations that this was my only option until I got passed to someone stating they were the manager.

The self identified manager then informed me there was another option of giving me a refund but that would require I come on site for them to process my refund.

I would not be able to get back to this establishment for some time, and they stated I needed to get back there within the week to get the refund. This is also not going to be an option for me.

I was informed by the self identified manager that they were having issues with the ways they were giving refunds, and certificates. This makes me think they have been loosing lots of money due to both bad management, and employee ineptitude.

All of this is both appalling, and completely unacceptable.

I am warning others that visit this establishment to make sure to check order received is 100% correct and made to an acceptable level of quality.

My strong recommendation is to not visit this location and find another location to do your business.

For reference I have attached both my receipt and order slip on the bag for the incorrect order that was received.

Been here about 4 times over this past summer (including today) and had to leave a review after my service today. Seems like everytime i come here they are not listening to me when I am placing my order and often find myself repating the order. Also, a bit of horsing around among the staff and saw the African American man juggling my order around and grabs my food bag led to 1 of tacos being broken.

Feeling disappointed for the lack of quality in food over the price of a taco!

Food was consitant for a Taco Bell. Tabels were all dirty or had food on them. No sauses in the condiment area and all garbage were full. Not well kept for what looks to be a newer place.

Internet was down, so no online ordering, no kiosk ordering, and I had to pay with cash. My Mexican pizza was hastily put into the bag so it was a mess when I got it home, but everything else was as good as I usually expect from any Taco Bell franchise.

Update 04/29/24 — I can’t recommend this place at all. I waited almost 20 minutes for a single item order, which was supposed to be the new chicken cantina bowl. I ordered it with no beans and no rice, extra chicken, plus jalapenos. my order came with beans, barely any chicken (definitely not EXTRA), and I finished it in about 5 bites. What a waste of my time and my money. After about 10 minutes I asked if they had my order that I placed at their kiosk. There were 15 people standing in the lobby waiting for food, 2 of which were food delivery people. By the time I got my order, I was 2nd from last person still standing there. I was late getting back to work from lunch, so I have to deal with that now too.
