I am not sure why the reviews for this location are so negative. Every time I have come here, the service has been great and the food was always prepared quickly and the fries are always super fresh and crispy. My favorite is to get the double western bacon cheeseburger with a medium fries. Eat some of the fries on the drive back home for maximum crispy fries. The people at the drive through are always patient and friendly too.

Beautiful new stand-alone unit. I was not really impressed by the breakfast biscuit, it was a bit dry. However, the CSR was friendly and polite, even delivering my meal to my table after I sat down. The music selection was perfect for the consumers that were coming inside to eat or order take out. As I ate breakfast, I enjoyed watching a team member wash the outside windows, for he seemed to take pride in what he was doing. So, the food was not the best, but I enjoyed the team member’s pride– and the music.

I gave up on this location. The quality & service is just too inconsistent, they don’t seem to care when they mess up your order which is about 25% of the time. I used to eat there 3-4 days a week, 2x a day, breakfast & diner. I had to drive back just one too many times because they put one burger patty on my double burger & don’t seem to care. Bye bye forever carls Jr. You used to be great. Too many misleading corporate lies like your biscuits & gravy advertisement that shows multiple biscuits with gravy and says the word biscuits (plural). When you ask they tell you its one biscuit for a ridiculous price, which should be the start of a class action lawsuit. I wont bother trying another location either. Your customer service is so bad its not worth it. …NO, I wont waste my time with your meaningless survey, follow up, corporate nonsense. I said what I have to say. I don’t want anything free from you or anything at all, ever again, in all 50 states. Bye bye.

The store recently opened, so I decided to give this place the good ol’ goblin perspective.
The place is what you expect from a Carl’s Jr. Burgers and all the burger accessories you can muster, but they are a cut above most other fast food joints.
The food is, as expected, meeting expecations of a Carl’s Jr. So there is nothing exciting, and the service is as you’d hoped for.
The atmosphere though, clean and pristine, was actually comfortable to just wait there without worries of grossness on the seats just yet.
If you are a fan of Carl’s Jr., it’s a solid spot, better than others.

I went here on 03/05/2023, I am very picky but the food was good, Jenny the manager and Lorenzo helped me with my order and were extremely friendly. I ordered the double burger meal for about $12, however if you just get a burger they start around $5-$6 not bad considering. The food was good my only beef.. Get it haha, was that the fries were a bit salty and they were out of Dr. Pepper sadly, but other than that it was a pleasant experience. I also included photos as well. Place was very clean. These other people that left the negative comments obviously just hate life looool !!!

I went in on a Sunday afternoon and there was literally no one in there and I waited about 10 min before anyone came to talk to me at the register. And once she walked up she spoke zero English and so I was trying to place my order but she couldn’t understand anything that I was saying . So my order was completely wrong so I had to go back in there and so another 5 – 10 min went by before I was able to speak to someone. And so there for I never got what I ordered and then I got stuck with a $20 order that I wouldn’t eat. Probably won’t be back

This just opened and I got the mystery gift card thing in the mail because I live close by, which is already sort of insulting since it can be $1 up to $100, but it got me to try it. Mine was $2, whatever.
So my partner and I got a couple combos, a double guacamole bacon angus and California double. Noticed they were super cold after a 1 minute drive home, so went to put them in the toaster and noticed my premium sandwich had literally 2 tomato skins on it! That feels insulting as a first time customer at a brand new qsr. Also, just two of the less good fast food burgers I’ve had overall. Cold and really dry. The fried zuchini were good, and nothing really wrong with the chocolate milkshake.
Luckily there are plenty of options around so I probably won’t go back.

I regularly ordered the 2 for 4 deal on breakfast and my grilled cheese came out not grilled at all and the cheese wasn’t melted. Then they upped the price and took twice as long to give me the same bad sandwich. I’m just gonna spend the extra 5$ to get einsteins
