I kept seeing the food truck parked but never knew what it was. I went to it and it’s pretty good. The spices are very flavorful and the food was good. I got the chicken Tikka and this was quite spicy which I enjoyed. Good to know that they are close if I want them again.

Last night I just tried Onion Pakora. From the first bite, these Onion Pakoras at Madhuram’s Kitchen are a revelation. They arrive piping hot, with just the right balance of crunch on the outside and tender, flavorful onions inside. The seasoning is spot-on — subtle spices that don’t overpower, but elevate the natural sweetness of the onions.

Must try the Paneer slider—it’s 5/5 incredible! The Chicken slider (4/5) was also fantastic. The Idly was good (4/5), though I prefer a softer texture.
My one piece of feedback is they need to pour more chutney! Since there’s no sambar, the chutney is the key “liquid” component, and I had to keep asking for refills. They were quick to bring more, but a larger initial serving would save everyone a step!

I had the Chicken Tikka Sliders here — absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. Great portion size too. Looking forward to trying their other varieties soon! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re nearby

Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered a full tray of biryani for a birthday after warning them about a previous bad experience. They completely ruined it again — just rice with red chili powder and broken basmati rice. None of the guests could eat it.
We tried calling the owner multiple times, but he ignored our calls. Later, the so-called partners (a lady and a man) were unbelievably rude and refused to take responsibility, saying “It’s not our problem.”
Worst food, worst management, and zero professionalism. The only good thing was the polite student staff who initially tried to help. Never ordering or recommending this restaurant again!

I’ve visited this food cart a couple of times, and the food is really good. The idli is fresh and easily the best I’ve had in St. Louis. The dosa is also good, but my favorite is the paneer sandwich.
