I’ve never left a review good or bad but today i have to. This is by far the worst chick-fil-a around here! Not my first bad experience either. Today I received a half full large fry with no sauce which I asked for. The worst part was the mac and cheese which is surprising.. EVERYONE LOVES THE MAC AND CHEESE. They most definitely reheated it by the way it had a super hard crunchy top.. it was litterally black. Every time I get mac and cheese it has a slightly crusted top NOT LIKE THIS. Also was very cold and NOT creamy which again it always is. What a let down and waste of money!

We were in Illinois to try the Golden Bear restaurant. It was so crowded, we decided to try Chick-fil-A’s breakfast for the first time. We’ve had dinner items, but never breakfast.
I can’t say we were disappointed!! The food was so delicious!!! I love their little hash browns!! The breakfast sandwiches were good with the jelly! I wasn’t sure how that would taste on chicken! It was pretty darn good!!
We also got shakes, because their shakes are delicious!! I love them! Anyway, my husband and I found a park and we ate, and enjoyed people watching! But anyway, it has never disappointed! If you haven’t had the breakfast, give them a try!!

March 5, 2026 0718hrs I asked if my sandwich could be made well done, simple request. I was told “we don’t do that at this location” won’t be coming back. What’s so hard about leaving the chicken in to cook a little longer?

I ordered a 8 count chicken nugget meal in the drive through at 9:21pm. When I got home abs opened my food at 9:55, I only had 5 nuggets in my bag. I tried calling the store twice & the phone didn’t even ring. I went back the next day & they acted as if I was lying & didn’t give me anything for my inconvenience.

Not surprised that this location has a 3.4. I just discovered it’s there and tried it tonight. My $37 mobile order bought me cold food and 2/3 fries I ordered. When you call the store, you get someone who makes you wait while they get all your information and tell you “someone from the restaurant will contact you via email.” Great customer service-not. Won’t be back.

I’ve been going to this location every since they opened. My first experience here was great, hot food with great customer service. However, the last two times I have gone has not been a good experience. I have received lukewarm warm food, fries that tasted reheated, Diet Coke that tastes like seltzer water and just yesterday something was in my banana pudding shake. I never reached out to this location about the matter due to a hectic schedule but after yesterday’s encounter with the shake, something had to be said. I spend $40+ dollars every time and the food is unacceptable. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food chains and it bothers me to have to leave this type of review. I hope they can get it together soon.

Ordered a 12 count nugget and a fry. Open the box and this is what I got. Some overcooked hard burnt nuggets! Not even edible! Fries weren’t even hot. Didn’t have time to take them back but I can guarantee I won’t come back! I don’t appreciate spending my money for some junk!
