there is nothing more that pisses me off than a fast paced chain restaurant that has employees that don’t speak English. Couldn’t order what I originally wanted due to this issue and 3 times already have these workers put no sugar in my coffee nor vanilla in my vanilla latte. It’s 7 am I get it! It’s also 7 am and I want what I ordered because I don’t have the time to turn around and correct it! What the hell!!!

This McDonald gave me the wrong order 2 times when they gave the cokes It was wrong because I ordered 2 medium cokes and a small coke. Then my Big Mac was missing lettuce and had pickles we told them that no pickles and more lettuce. After the wait time was 35 minutes but the food was good.

I was on my way home when i got extremely thirsty. I stopped at Mcdonald’s for 2 water cups today at 2:20pm knowing i always get water cups from there. As i get to the window im being charged for the water. I ask the employee “why am i being charged for water if water cups at mcdonalds are free” he responded with “well we do now!” I didnt want to argue with hom because i just wanted my water. I procedded to ask for the recipt and then got my water. When i looked at the recipt, i had seen i was charged for 2 SAUCE PACKETS, not wayer at all. I am very annoyed and dissatisfied and wont be recommenfong this store to anyone else. (Proof in photo)

I ordered bacon on the side and never got it. If they don’t have something on the menu they need to take out of the system. Also my soda was lack of oxygen and fizzing which tasted very bad. Won’t come to this site again.

I come here at least twice a week and i always order my sandwiches and they always give me them wrong when i tell them specifically what i dont want in them , they are basically carless and this has happened many time and nobody is doing anything about it , i suggest whoever reads this should go to another mcdonalds and absolutely not this one.

Worst McDonald’s in existence. Don’t ever get their frozen drinks because they KNOW the machine doesn’t work and serve you sugar water ON PURPOSE. It happened before at the drive thru and they thought it was funny. Today I ordered on DoorDash and they sent me something that looks like frozen sewage water. Everyone is better off just skipping this location cuz it’s absolute trash and management doesn’t care to fix how terrible their food and service is. Like look at this drink ! Frozen Coke is light in color, why does it look like coffee ?!???? And it looks like this EVERY TIME. Management should be ashamed, this has been ongoing for MONTHS. CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE OVER THIS MESS.
