0/10 the sauce is so oily and watery the one location in Dallas have thick sauce and it taste so much better , found hair in my food !! The crab legs had a funny taste the bar was closed ?? The waitress barely speak enough English. this was my second time at this location and my last time going . Everyone should be wearing hair nets ! The sauce need to be more thick please reach out to a different location to learn how to thicken the sauce .

Just left there & let’s just say this was horrible. The crawfish were so dirty my husband almost threw up. Waiter said they were frozen when they cooked them. So, they never cleaned them. The crab legs had a funny taste. When I won’t finish the crab there is a problem. Waiter never checked on us unless we called him over. He talked so soft you could barely hear him. He was happy to bring the check without asking for it though. Went to the restroom & a sign is posted that the toilets are for liquid only. Toilet paper is to be thrown in the trash can provided. The original sign stated violators would be charged a min of $20, which was scratched through. No hot water for washing hands. Overall, a 0/10. Will not be back. And feeling sick as we drive home.

We love a good Cajun restaurant. The Laughing Crab definitely *looks* like it would qualify; inside and out, we liked the decor. But I’m sorry to say that the food was pretty disappointing. The fried foods had super-heavy breading that we all agreed was Cajun in name only. As a point of procedure, waiters should mention it if a side you order will cost extra, and not have a surprise at the end when you learn that your onion rings (instead of fries) cost $2 more. Also, it would be great if the waiter would check back in occasionally to see if anyone’s drink needs refilling.

The atmosphere was SO fun and definitely a fun place to go with friends. I just did a quick pick up through Doordarsh and I ordered fried shrimp and fries and the shrimp were huge and so yummy. The staff was okay they are hard workers just the one who gave me my food wasnt as friendly but eh I at least got my food.

I went to this place when It first opened . It wasn’t as great as I hoped . But I saw they changed their style and doing an all you can eat . Well went today for lunch for their grand opening with some friends and it was amazing . Everything was fast . I think they are still working on their system when you order from the scan code at the table because some things got mixed up but other than that I can not complain ! Clam chowder was great , seafood was great, sauce was great. All the workers were so helpful so awesome . I will be coming back ! I think this time around I enjoyed it so much better ! I think this is as best as you’re going to get especially for a lunch .

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Went here order the clams, crawfish, lobster, scallops, and crab legs. The crawfish were so small it was ridiculous but that’s not the worst part. The clams were bad as in spoiled or old. They didn’t taste bad but not even ten minutes after leaving the restaurant I got food poisoning. Very very bad food poisoning! Do not eat here and if for some reason you do. Under no circumstances should you ever eat the clams you will be either throwing up or living on the toilet for a while!

We had a great day of shopping at the Firewheel Town Center and stopped for lunch at Laughing Crab. We ordered the crawfish and shrimp boil lunch. The seasoning and flavor were great, and the food came out quickly, but unfortunately the shrimp was overcooked and very chewy.
When we mentioned the issue to the manager, he apologized and said they had a new cook and told us there was nothing he could do. I offered to pay for the crawfish portion and asked if he could remove the shrimp from the bill, but he declined and said he couldn’t replace the shrimp either.
Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and the lack of customer service was disappointing given how easy it would have been to make things right.

Brought my niece here for lunch. We did the All You Can Eat and WOW! AH-MAZING! From our server to the food. He was very nice and attentive! The AYCE is totally worth it! You get appetizers, all seafood (shrimp, snow crab legs, mussels, clams and blue crab) sides AND dessert are included! Not bad at all. The seasonings are so good! I am definitely coming back and definitely recommend it if you love seafood

Chowder is good. Calamari was just ok. Oysters were fresh.
Garlic/Cajun rub was a little bit on the salty side but went perfectly with a aside of rice. Great respite from the rest of the run of the mill restaurants at Firewheel.

Yall are SLEEPING on this place. The AYCE is Expect to spend approx 50.00 each for AYCE and a drink with gratuities- it is worth it!!! The selections are great. You can get apps, boil and or fried seafood and sides. The service is spot on! The medium is the perfect heat and the sauces/seasoning are SPECTACULAR.
