MOUNTAIN MIKES IS SHADY! How do you promote this $49 loyalty feast and then not let anybody buy it. They say the app isn’t working but it had no problem giving me $5 off on another deal. Nice little bait and switch mountain mikes is trying to do SMH. If you’re trying to lose loyal customers, you’re doing a great job!

What I intended to eat vs what I really got. I usually don’t have any complaints about this restaurant but yesterday was a disappointment. The only reason I didn’t go back after I got home was because I was hungry and tired. I didn’t want to wait another half hour for a new pizza.

absolutely horrible, i got it delivered and it arrived early and at first i was happy but i was deeply disappointed when i found out why, it was cold and stale like an old pizza reheated and then left out for a bit longer afterwards, i ate the pizza anyways since i was starving and then i called them for a refund, they said i had to bring in the pizza so they could check, but i already ate it since i was starving( i know kinda my fault) but still that wouldnt have mattered anyway since i drank beer and they said i needed to bring it back making it impossible for a refund also they said it was “policy” for all pizzas to be freshly made but obviously they didn’t follow it

Horrible customer service. Takes for ever. I called in a pizza for carry out and they didnt put it in the oven til I got to the restaurant. Staff is clueless and instead of apologizing for making me wait they try to charge me for ranch that was included with my mozzarella sticks.

Front desk cashier was the best! Gave us a free pizza that someone didn’t pick up. Had great attitude despite it being super late and he gave extra ranch. Awesome attitude and great customer service.

I just wanna think the people here that took care of me. I have to go to take my truck in every two weeks and every time I come in I choose to come here instead of anywhere else because the service is good. The food is good. I like the salad and I feel safe and comfortable here and I really love the people here they’re really enjoyable to visit with

My husband is so picky on his pizza. Out of every pizza restaurant this specific Mountain Mikes is always our one, and only go to. If this Mountain Mikes is closed, then the family is not getting any pizza that night. They just make their pizzas so perfect! The dough, the cheese being not burned like most other pizza places, pizzas being taken out at the right time, and just the right amount of sauce. So PERFECT!
