I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted when I entered and the young man at the register was courteous. I order 4 chicken egg & cheese biscuits. Which if you’ve been to Hardee’s before then you should know that they most always cook the food to order so I knew that I had to wait and didn’t mind doing so if it insures that I will receive hot food . The staff were clearly working diligently to get the orders out and having a good time doing so. I got my food and when I got home I noticed the heart ❤️ shaped biscuits good job Hardee’s. No complaints here.

I paid 25 cents extra for the Duke’s Carolina Bbq sauce & instead they gave me that nasty Baby Ray’s Bbq sauce. The “spicy” tenders weren’t spicy at all & had a weird taste to them. At least the staff was friendly.

I order my food they were friendly. I ordered the cherry lemonade and found out at the window no cherry lemonade and the cup that it comes in wasn’t available. So I got the lemonade plain. Was disappointed about the cup didnt found out til I got to the window. The chicken sandwiches I ordered was old the Nashville hot and hand breaded chicken sandwich and turn back around and I for fresh chicken and it wasn’t dress with the lettuce and tomato on it. Waited again got them hot but got home taste like they were fried in fish grease. At this point I didn’t want to go back for the third time but don’t see the owner number and didn’t want to call the store but I feel I should get some gift cards for b the at least $20. I don’t mind paying the price for the food but don’t just give me anything and lie to make it like you was dropping fresh chicken down like a batch. I rather eat at Hardees than another restaurant was very disappointed. I ordered from another Hardees 1 to 2 weeks before and the sandwiches was hot and dressed well. Tasted delicious that I wanted to ordered more. Thought these would be the same.

Hardee’s used to be on my top 3 for drive thru mornings but they have fallen off…the last few times I’ve stopped for a simple egg and cheese biscuit, it’s been a hard biscuit, thick cold piece of cheese and dry folded egg…not really impressed especially for $4.06

The restaurant is clean, our orders are always correct, the food is served up hot and fresh. EDIT: I got breakfast this morning & my biscuit is heart shaped!! ❤️ That’s so special!! I got the new Maple Bacon Biscuit combo!

Not too bad. Fairly friendly people. I wanted mayo on the side. They couldn’t figure out how to do that. The food was OK. Pretty standard Hardee’s food. If I were in the area and wanted a Frisco burger I’d probably stop again.

Ordered a big cheeseburger meal and a 3-piece tenders with honey mustard and small fries. The drink was a coke, but it was not near full. It also had zero carbonation, only syrup. We did not get the sauces ordered and they appear on the receipt. Fries were not even warm. Employees outside dancing and goofing off while drive-thru clearly needed help. Had a large group of friends in the lobby that was clearly a distraction. Poor food, poor service…where was the manager??
