The service I received at Arbys this evening was AMAZING from Jenessa greating me with a beautiful smile, the cook Vinny made my sandwiches look just like the pictures. I could tell the sandwiches were not thrown together. I am so grateful! My order was correct. I feel like I got my money’s worth at this location! Great job guys!

In this post I will not be elaborating. Because I already filled out the online survey, but who are I assuming is the manager. Breonna walking past the counter where you physically see people standing and not even acknowledging their presence for over 5 minutes is really and truly mind-boggling. A simple or quick will be right with you, goes a long way and definitely would have had me not writing this review or the bad survey that I gave.

Great Arby’s location, since I started eating there 3 weeks ago it has consistently had good quality and fresh food! The roast beef portions are great and their fries so far have always been fresh and crispy.

Had to update my review…Congratulations to the crew working today between 11am and noon! We actually were served traditional Arby’s sandwiches and sides! Everything was beautifully made and very delicious! It was like we had stepped back in time! And this was through the drive thru! Thank you so much for everything today!

I just did the drive thru. 5:45 pm Never rec’d the first sandwich in my order. Went back thru the drive thru to request the missing sandwich. The buns on both sandwiches are stale. It is like they slightly toasted them then put in a pile until needed. The double cheddar RB has about a tsp of cheddar cheese on sandwich. The curly fries were crumbs, the crinkle fries were cold and stale tasting. The worst food for 28.00 + The warm cookies were good!!

It kills me to write this review but this Arby’s is one of the more sub-par fast food buildings I’ve ever gone too.
I’ve gone through the drive though at this location a few dozen times but honestly, I only come here when I’m told it’s what my partner really wants.

I’ve NEVER, not been told to pull to the corner to wait for food.
Never, in dozens of visits, has food even been close to ready, and I’m not ordering weird things that may not be prepped all the time. Cold sandwiches that should be hot, cold fries, this location has forgotten the sauce I asked for probably 15+ times, and I always get home and get bummed out.

This location seems to just be ran by kids, teenagers who have ZERO management, ZERO accountability, and ZERO training.

The people that work at this Arby’s literally need a babysitter to show them how to be adults, and work a food service job without driving it into the ground.

They’ve always BS’ing, you can always hear wierd side conversations through the windows. It just makes me mad that this place takes so long to do anything, on top of forgetting stuff.

Just blows, I know I’ll be here again but man, I really don’t want to V_V.

If I were to offer a solution or suggestion so as to not just be complaining.

Teach these kids how to be adults, be responsible, how to actually MAKE food.
The number 4 deluxe I have on my desk right now, has ice cold dressing on it, the burger isn’t even hot, and the entire burger is so sloppy that the foil wrapper is actually SOAKED in dressing enough so that it’s torn just from unwrapping.

Cmon man, get it together, Train these kids, someone is gonna end up sick.

I tried to take the customer survey at the bottom of the recipet but it would not let me.

I stopped in on my way through town traveling home, I have an 11yr old daughter with a tree nut allergy. Ian went above and beyond to check for safety. I was unable to locate the gallery menu online so he pulled it up on his phone, my daughter wanted something off the “secret menu” so he went pack and took a photo of the box for me.
I come to find out he then personally made her sandwich to ensure no cross contamination.

Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond to keep her safe.
