This Culvers provides some of the best service of any “fast food” location in the area. The food is pretty much made when you place your order so it is always hot and fresh. Oh, and did I mention it is darn tasty? Well, it is delicious!! They do an excellent job of taking care of their customers after you have your meal as well often times getting refills, condiments are taking the empty tray to be disposabled of. It isn’t what I call inexpensive, but you are paying for quality food and good service and that is worth the price.

Yesterday was my first time at Culver’s and it was such a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh and just so delicious! No other fast food nearby is like this. And the employees did a great job especially the girl who was my cashier, Anna was so respectful and made sure to help me out with decision making and was very patient!! She was so sweet and that was just so refreshing especially in fast food. I plan to come back as soon as possible!

We ordered online, and when we arrived we were promptly greeted. As soon as we gave our name, our meal was handed to us—smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
The food was delicious and served hot. We ordered cheese curds, a double ButterBurger, and crinkle fries, and everything tasted fresh and exactly how it should.
What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. There was an older gentleman attentively caring for the dining room—delivering food, clearing trays, and helping customers—never intrusive, just genuinely attentive in a way you don’t see much anymore.
The whole visit reminded me of one of my favorite Twilight Zone episodes, “A Stop at Willoughby,” where things felt simpler and better in another time. This place absolutely reeks of safety—in the best possible way. Calm, orderly, and welcoming.
Bravo to the staff and the owners for creating an experience that goes beyond just good food. This Culver’s gets it right.

Good option for burger and fries. Really like the signature sauce (parmesan ranch taste) and the cheese sauce. Burger patty similar to Freddy’s. Ordered a kids meal and it was plenty big for and adult. They have lots of options chicken, fish, vegetarian. I placed my order online and only had to wait 5 mins past my pick up time (carryout)which was understandable because it was very crowded. They also offer curbside pick up. The only negative was I felt like the signature snickers custard of the day was definitely lacking in toppings. Staff was courteous and helpful. I’m hoping to try more of the menu.

I’ve been a regular customer at Culver’s for awhile now but my last two visits have been disappointing. I’ve had to eat to the middle of the burger to taste the ketchup and other condiments ( today for some reason my bun was toasted but cold and the fries were not hot and I especially asked for hot fries because of my last 2 visits; they were more like a mixture of hot and cold. When my meal was bought to the car, I asked the young lady if she would bring me some ketchup; well she never came back and I left . I don’t know if I’m coming too regular or what. I have been wanting to broaden my horizon when it comes to food. So I was very excited when I heard we had a new food place in town. I went to the Culver’s on 96 on 3/18/25.

Fries were fresh, well seasoned and cooked to perfection, ( better than Zaxbys fries for me ). And the prices was for the amount of food, and quality of food is fair!

We walked to door and was opened for us. We were greeted by several people. Ordered our meal, asked about our preferences on burgers. Meal was delivered to table hot and as we asked for them to be dressed.

Surprisingly Delicious Veggie Burger at Culver’s!
Tried the vegetarian burger at Culver’s and honestly, I was impressed! As someone who usually struggles to find a good meatless option at burger spots, this one really stood out. The patty was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and had a nice texture — not dry or overly mushy like some veggie burgers out there. Topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles, and that signature Culver’s bun, it all came together beautifully.
Great option for vegetarians or anyone looking to switch it up without sacrificing taste. Definitely worth trying!

Update: 9/27/2025: So, after a couple of weeks, the management team, Kyle specifically, made everything right and ensured we’d be taken care of. He held to his word, and we’ve since been back multiple times. I’ve bumped this review back to five stars because while we did have an initial bad experience at the location, Kyle came through and made sure he not only called me, but met with me personally to ensure that the restaurant would only serve made-to-order food moving forward. And honestly, since that first experience, we’ve had nothing but gold from this location. Head on over and give them a try. It’s worth every penny!

Today, my family ordered four different burgers out of the five of us dining in, and it was immediately clear that the food was not fresh. Every patty was served at room temperature, the cheese hadn’t melted because the burgers were so cold, and the buns themselves were cold to the touch.
This is unacceptable from a company that prides itself—by its own words—on serving burgers cooked to order. My wife and I grew up in Northern Illinois, where Culver’s has always been a reliable favorite, and we were thrilled when one finally opened here in Georgia to give us a taste of home. Unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark and failed to uphold the standards Culver’s is known for.
Unless this issue is addressed, we will not be returning—and we will be sharing our experience with family and friends, encouraging them to avoid this location as well.
The only positive note I’d leave about this location is that Mr. Bobby Lee needs to be saved at all costs. He is a gem.
