After a nice afternoon in Stowe, VT, on our way to Quebec City, we had a hankerin for a Hamburger and Wings. Moogs Place in Morristown was the perfect spot. The Locals Bar & Grill where you might find some live music if you are there at the right time.

Cute little place, they sometimes have live music and have fun daily specials. When I went I got a martini, it was made really well. The artichoke dip was phenomenal. We didn’t have to wait long for food despite it being pretty busy shortly after we arrived

Delicious dinner on a rainy Tuesday night! The staff was so friendly and helpful with food allergies too. The island chicken sandwich was amazing-love the grilled pineapple. I got the garlic aioli on the side and didn’t need even need to put it on with all the spices and bacon and pineapple. Turkey cheese bacon sandwich was tasty but would have liked a little more turkey. Fish and chips were fabulous! We will be back for sure and definitely want to check out the live music one night! Great vibe and cool music playing tonight. What a gem!

Amazing food, some of the best we had in Vermont and that’s saying a lot! The burger, Buffalo chicken wings and cheese fries were all out of this world. So good we even got desert (the chocolate peanut butter pie was insanely delicious!). Excellent vibe and friendly staff inside. We would absolutely come back here!!
Ps – we forgot our bag inside and the bartender came running outside looking for us to get it back to us. Just the cherry on top of an amazing experience.

Tasty fresh and friendly! Nice outdoor area seating above the street with umbrellas and the breezes. Inside is cozy and darker. Expect limited parking in Moog’s lot, so save time and go 50 feet up the street and turn either left or right into large, free, paved parking lots behind the first set of buildings.

This was one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had and I have eaten at A LOT of restaurants. The chicken was perfect and the amount of flavor they were able to get into each dish was inspiring.

The Vermonter Burger and the Stoner’s Chicken Mac and Cheese was absolutely incredible! The Stoner sauce was so delicious, my husband joked he wanted to buy a bottle of it! Moog’s had a nice atmosphere and great customer service!

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Tonight I got fish and chips, onion rings and jalapeño poppers. The fries and rings were great. Well cooked and seasoned.
The fish was awful. The batter was bitter and filet itself was soggy, old and inedible.The poppers were burnt. We couldn’t finish the meal.

Let me just say, I haven’t been here for the bar. I’ve been here for the food about 4 times. It’s a little pricey (like most places in VT), but it’s excellent.
They have good consistent standards and an interesting menu.
I usually get the pork. The veggies are fresh and pork is well seasoned. I’ve tried the fish n chips and stoner mac, also amazing.

Came in for a dinner before a movie next door. Food (salad and a grilled cheese) was good but took 40 min from order to table, others seated after us were served earlier. Had to scarf down the food and leave. Menu posted in Google Maps is out of date.
