The drive through took 45 minutes and they forgot half our order no exaggeration, had to get something quick and instead was late to our doctor’s appointment. The food was disgusting, tots were 3/5 most were normal others were overly crispy.
Chicken strips were chalky, bad, really weird looking and extremely unappetizing, we asked for ketchup twice and were met with nothing.
Do not recommend.

I’ve either been to this location or had it doordashed 4 times in the last month. The first visit was an order of 2 hot dogs and one order of onion rings. After 20 minutes and no food I left. They weren’t busy.
Went back a couple of days later and they only were taking cash.
DoorDashed from there a few days later and they sent the wrong food. Luckily DoorDash refunded me.
Went again yesterday for a Diet Coke and they were out of Diet Coke.
Seems like they have a management issue.

I ordered food via the app. It took about 30 min. The burgers were absolutely cold.
The fries were hot and fantastic. Great job!
I went back to get the burgers remade and was greeted by one of the employees telling me that “they weren’t cold, I made themselves.” Repeatedly. I said, “Okay, sure, I’m going to write a negative review and reach out to the sonic and to the app for a refund.”

The brunette with the black and white skull sweatshirt working the drive-thru at 3:55pm today was NOT happy when I pleasantly asked to add a drink to my order. After stomping off to make the change, she returned and snatched my card to run it. This is the rudest I’ve been treated here. The service is always slow. They gave me the wrong drink and didn’t give me my mozzarella sticks. I’ll avoid this location going forward.

At hospital waiting on a surgery to be done. 5 family members had been here 5 hours and hungry. Sonic right across street so put in order online. The only good thing was a grilled cheese. Tater tots were half order and cold , poppers were shorted, burgers had items on outside of bun instead of inside bun, couldn’t even figure out what the drinks were. Spent $52.00 and they want to give me a $5.00 gift card to replace bad service, bad food, and bad drinks.

Food tasteless. Had to ask three times for ketchup and salsa. Ordered a large diet vanilla coke, got and charged for a medium. Had to stop her to get my full order in. Needs more patience and better listening skills

I didn’t think things could get worse, but this place consistently disappoints. Often 20 minutes or more for 2 iced teas. This location often disables online ordering negating the happy hour 1/2 price drinks. Won’t be back.

Arrived at the drive thru window with ZERO customers at 6:45am. Ordered a simple breakfast burrito combo. Watched an order be delivered to a stall who arrived AFTER me. Ended up leaving the window at 6:58am with only my drink because I was due for work at the hospital at 7am. Essentially a $10 large diet Dr Pepper. Expensive drink. While waiting, I observed through the window as the employee appeared to wander aimlessly and slowly with zero to no urgency. I want to say her name was Sharon or Sheryl (?). I will venture across the street to McDonald’s from now on for “fast food”. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue and nearly every time, this specific employee has been there.

I ate my last meal at this place. Have been disappointed over the last few times. This time. The meat was over cooked. Barely any toppings. The fries were nasty. The oil was obviously past due and their offer was to give me something else Cooked in the same oil. So much I sent them back and the lady didn’t offer me any money back. Bye Sonic!
