We enjoyed Fire Creek on Monday evening for our anniversary. It was a great first time experience. The server was wonderful and attentive as we didn’t have to wait long for any of our drinks or food. The food was delicious. We will definitely return.

Ordered a steak rare and received it medium well. When I asked for it to be recooked to rare, the waitress brought the dish back to the kitchen and the back out to me and said “the cook said this is as rare as we cook it due to cooking on the grill.” They offered me something else and brought me a menu. As I was looking over the menu with the waitress at the table, a ROACH ran across the table and the waitress squashed it. I said that I was not hungry anymore. She sent over the manager. He said “what’s wrong over here?” When I told him a roach just ran across the table, he comped our meals.
Overall, service was slow. Cook was not nice. But the roach sealed the deal. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Came here Friday night (12/12) with a 10 person group to surprise my friend with a 40th birthday dinner. The service was attentive and kind, the food was delicious and took an appropriate amount of time for it to come out, and the server took our cake and put it in their fridge until we were ready to serve it. Everyone was happy with the whole experience. Thanks for helping us pull off a memorable evening!

Warm welcome as you enter, despite the terrible parking situation. My wait staff — Laurie was friendly – able to answer my questions with energetic knowledge— even though she seemed overloaded. Service slow. Ordered the Fire Creek Burger & Tortilla Chicken Soup. Burger & Soup served warm not as hot as I would like — the taste of the Burger was average needing more seasoning on the meat to give it a flavor that is irresistible- soup somewhat spicy, but good. Prices are modest for the area. I would rate this burger a 3 simply because for the price it could have been more tantalizing.

This was my first time at Fire Creek and it was a great experience! The ambience is beautiful and service was great! I wish I could remember our servers name, but she did a great job! For an appetizer we got the spinach and artichoke dip. It was very savory and tasty. I got the lasagna and it was great, my partner got the lamb loin chops and they enjoyed them & really enjoyed the sauce. Said it was subtle and delicious.

However the steaks were criminally overcooked. The photos make them seem close to medium rare, but in person they looked way more done. They were dry and tough.

I spent $75 after a $10 discount and had to come home and heat up some waffles as a late night snack! The food was so horrible I took nothing to go and sent it all to the trash ️. I started off with the fried mozzarella over marinara which I will admit was delicious but that’s where it ended. You’d get better dinner rolls from the grocery store but the waiter insisted they were fabulous. Next our parmesan salads were for some reason orange??? Flavor okay. I got the lasagna which was clearly frozen and reheated and complete mush. Worst lasagna I have ever had. My husband ordered a t-bone steak medium well with portobello mushrooms and mashed potatoes. The steak was under cooked and lacked seasoning. The potatoes had no seasoning or butter. Not worth the prices on the menu. The waiter insinuated I didn’t know dining… We dine out on a regular basis and restaurant is my primary review category. Bathroom was very clean and smelled like bleach. Backsplash in bad need of repair. Plenty of free parking. There is an outdoor patio. The business sign was off after dark. Though my camera caught it, it wasn’t visible in the parking lot.
Update: very poor response from owner. Clearly doesn’t care. Seasoning and butter makes a huge difference and any fool knows that.

There are several things that could have gotten me to rate this place higher. To start, I feel like the meals were over priced. We ordered the crab/lobster wantons for an appetizer, the cheese was overpowering to the point that I could not tell if there was actually crab/lobster in them, and the wrapping could have had some flavor. The blackened salmon seemed bland to the point that when spritzed with lemon, the lemon became more of the definitive flavor as opposed to adding zest to the flavor. The prime rib was very tender but did not taste the seasoning of the bark which was disappointing, however, I did appreciate how they were generous wkth the ai jus. Too often places treat au jus as if it is a rare commodity that must be rationed in case of an emergency shortage. The low hanging lights on the booth made it feel like the light was in our face as opposed to providing ambiance. Overall the meals was not bad, but was not what I was necessarily hoping for with the price of over $100 for two people.
