I ordered the people’s pizza and a custom pizza. They sent me the custom pizza all smashed and a pepperoni pizza. When I tried to call the store they did not answer and they were still open for another 10min.

Finally was able to contact the store and we were told by the assistant manager(a woman) that the store manager would be in at 5pm, my husband called back at 530pm only to be told that it was the manager’s off day, he was placed on hold for over 30min and hung up on. At this point he called back again and a man answered and said they were a manager and stated that they would not be able to do anything without a General Manager. My husband told them they needed to figure it out and call the general manager because at this point we have been ignored, hung up on and lied to and he was told that it was our problem and they hung up on us again. I have officially emailed corporate customer support as it’s now after hours.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an order for a family member, received a call saying the driver was there. We checked no food had been delivered. I called the driver back he didn’t answer, I called the store and they basically said it was impossible he had arrived as he had just left the store 3 minutes prior. We agreed to wait, an hour goes by still no food. I call the store back manager tells me to be check the nearby houses and if we can’t locate the order they will refund it. I called back to let them no there’s no food the manager refuses to come to the phone. Has the employee tell me there driver went to the wrong house and my options are have the order remade (we’ve been waiting 2 hours at this point) or a store credit. I said neither was acceptable and I wanted a refund as I will no longer be doing business with this location. I was placed on hold then hung up on. Don’t order from this location, extremely poor customer service.

I went there at 12:12pm they messed my order up let the receipt fly out the window then proceeded to ask me for said receipt after they messed my order up. So after siting in the line till 12:48 as I am typing this review I asked for two ranch cups n which they told me no because they where closed I told them I could pay but yet they refused then I got my pizza finally & they still messed it up twice I can’t make it up so I just left unsatisfied honestly

By far the worst customer service and quality control Ive had from dominos. Ordered online and picked up 30 minutes after it was already completed. Went to the drive up pick up window and a bunch of the staff saw me and still didn’t acknowledge me. I saw a bunch of orders already finished sitting on a shelf. figured mine was there. After 10 minutes waiting for someone to come up to the window decided to go inside. Even then I still was not greeted after 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards I just shouted can I pick up my food and they all looked at me and still took someone 5 minutes after to approach me.

Finally got my pizza and it turned out that they gave me the wrong one.

Don’t come to this place. Let this location close for how poorly it’s ran.

If I could give this store a zero I would I came to the store and the girl named Abby gave me a difficult time with my order. I had just made one order came back up to make a second order and she tried to tell me that I didn’t have a second order, then threatened to call the police on me. Just for asking for my pizza no threats were made on my end. I will never order from this place again horrible place. Also unsanitary nobody wears gloves and there’s a black girl who kept scratching her braids, and she kept touching the food with her bare hands, and they don’t wash their hands after they touch money or everything else. Their hands are dirty.

I ordered delivery through the website and used a 15% off entire order coupon. I noticed the coupon was not honored in my final total amount so I called the store. A guy answered rudely and told me well just cancel the order then. I explained that the delivery driver was already just minutes away and he hung up on me. The order arrived old and cold without all the toppings. This location is HORRIBLE. Dont waste your time or money.. go elsewhere

Ordered food for delivery. It took over an hour to get our order. Delivery time kept changing and getting later and later. Then the delivery driver went to the wrong house. Then we finally got our food and it was awful! Pizza did not have extra sauce and extra cheese like I ordered. Loaded tots were burnt and the wings just had a little bit of barbecue sauce drizzled on the top. Terrible, never again!! Should’ve just canceled my order! Stear clear of this place!!

This used to be a good location. The last few times we’ve ordered, it’s taken over an hour whether delivery or pickup. Management was unapologetic and said their pizza tracker is messed up but that still doesn’t excuse poor service and a pizza taking more than an hour to be ready. Order elsewhere.

I ordered a large meat lover’s and received a medium pizza that was cold. Called to report it. Manager told me I had to wait until tomorrow for general manager. I will never order from this particular store again. I spoke with the manager at the store on duty. Absolutely no HELP very nonchalant and said to me wait until tomorrow. I’m totally disgusted.

I ordered food for delivery. Order took about an hour, and when received, part of it was incorrect. I immediately called the store to inform them of the mistake. I was told they would fix it. After waiting over an hour, I contacted the store again. They eventually told me they couldn’t do anything to fix the order, but could get credit on my next order. Please do not advertise delivery insurance and can’t stand by your own words.
