Diso’s Bistro provided a very solid filet mignon meal with salad, potatoes, and asparagus. This is a place I would return to. the food was good and the wait staff was great. price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. I felt the salad was not comparable to the rest of the dinner where the salad was mostly just a regular leafy green. The portions were small as well. The menu was also very limited. Even more so than the one shown online. There was one meat, one fish, one burger, and a couple of pasta options.

Friendly employees. Small selection on the menu. I loved that it was warm inside. Food was cooked very well. Definitely felt like a cardigan/golf club type of crowd. Food on the pricier side. Overall I’m impressed with this place especially since I’m a born and raised citizen of Lorain. It’s nice to have fine dining with a down to earth environment option in town rather than having to drive out of town. Came here for my birthday dinner. #LetsGuide

We love this place. We have never had bad service or bad food. Their steaks are better Morton’s. Their homemade desserts are too die for. Yes it is pricey but honestly not bad at all. We had appetizers, salads, steaks, desserts and two bottles of wine for $130. That would’ve been double at Morton’s and it was worth every penny. They also have cheaper options available. Make sure to make reservations. This place is amazing!

Fabulous food. Stopped here on a whim. Lucky enough to show up on a slow night without calling ahead. It’s a smaller establishment with great character. The staff is very personable and extremely helpful. There aren’t a lot of menu options, but there are daily specials. I had the lamb chops, which were some of the best I’ve ever had. They also have a great beverage selection and the Bananas Foster was the perfect end to an amazing meal.

Small menu, which is always a great sign. Best potatoes skins I’ve ever had, and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection.

Came in to support local business, and was provided good service. The main issue was the food. We ordered the filet, angel hair with shrimp, and the veal with tortellini and received 3 edible dishes. All dishes were properly cooked but severely under seasoned. Pasta tasted like shrimp water, could not discern garlic or anything, same for the filet. Overall pretty disappointed, I think you might be better off spending $30 on fast food.

Gem of spot for an amazing meal. Mark was great explaining meal options, filet cuts and Disos history. Menu is small but it should be because you have seafood, meat and vegetarian options. Smaller menu means quality will be served. It in the Lorain area, make Diso’s a stop for an amazing meal.

I had the veal and my wife had the airline chicken. Both were amazing. Our first time coming here. We will definitely be back. Just a pointer though…if you are making a reservation make sure to request the dining room. We were in the bar area and the atmosphere is not what we wanted. No complaints though. Food was top notch. Best meal that we have had out in a long time.
