I tried Huevos con Chorizo with beans and flour tortillas….. I just missed wiping the plate with my last piece of tortilla .

Excellent Mexican restaurant near the Safeway at the corner of Calistoga and CA-12. Been here 3 or 4 times already after moving to the area less than a year ago. This time I got the chicken soup and it was very delicious, as well as being delightfully colorful thanks to the presence of white and purple cauliflower. The bowl could have been a bit wider, to make it easier to eat at first, but that wasn’t much of a problem. The soup was wonderful, just what I wanted.

Oh, and the initial chips and salsa were superb. Four different kinds of salsa and they were all good.

Called twice, 20 minutes from closing to get ONE burrito and they like picked up the phone and put it back down or something because it didn’t offer a voice message, idk maybe they just don’t have a voice mail. They should be able to make ONE burrito 20 minutes from closing.
