terrible customer service!!! had technical difficulties tap because of poor service and they treated me like i couldn’t afford the food. they said “this is not for free” as. if i was not going to pay. Then i could hear them talking about me in the back. If you want disgusting attitude and terrible service, feel free to come here!

OK, so when I went there, it was a little loud but it was OK. The person who took my order they were OK. The service was OK so what I ordered was the six-piece mixed chicken meal. The fries were soggy and, the chicken oh my Lord they were so dry and they were very hard and they was super burnt, and the biscuit Oh, the biscuits were so hard when I hit them on the table nothing broke. It was hard like a rock, and my biggest mistake was not looking inside my food and checking to see if anything was missing/wrong when I got my food instead of waiting to get home to eat it, biggest mistake. I’m writing this review so anyone who sees this check your bag before you leave, please.

Your typical neighborhood chicken spot. Service is friendly and efficient, eating area clean and large, and the price isn’t bad at all. Perhaps my biggest gripe would be the off-brand sodas that they sell, but its not that big a deal. If you need a quick chicken fix, this is a great place for that.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this location. The employees were extremely disrespectful, and the food was spoiled. I ordered a chicken, fries, and mashed potato meal for over $13. When I got home, I discovered the mashed potatoes were spoiled, and the chicken and fries box was untouched.
When I went back to request a refund, the employee was shockingly rude and told us he didn’t care, even using profanity and telling us to leave and not come back. To make matters worse, they started telling customers to leave around 11:25–11:30 even though the store doesn’t close until 12:00. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I ordered 6 pcs chicken combo for $17 and that’s what they gave for French fries the chicken looks like it has been sitting there for the whole day. The manager is very rude. Honestly I’m very disappointed this was my first time there too. I went there because BFC in Montello is closed today. I wish I had get McDonald’s instead. You guys need to do better. Food is wack you can’t have bad food and bad customer service too

I ordered a shrimp combo, went home with my order, the shrimp was beyond over cooked, burnt. I called the restaurant explaining I am going to come back and I would like a return, the phone was passed around, till finally I spoke with someone that told me they cannot return my money however they can remake the order. I am not satisfied with that answer as I want my money back. I told whoever I spoke to that remaking the food would not make a difference the oil is old/ and burnt. That should be an option to just have my money back so I can take my business elsewhere with better service. No respect for time or gas because I don’t live close to that location. The crazy thing is other reviews say the same as mine about the burnt taste and oil!
