This is by far the worst Panera ever. They mess my order up every single time!! Last time they forgot the chicken, this time they forgot the onions and dressing and half the lettuce is bad. How do you forget, this is your job. It isn’t a hard one. They were not busy today because of the snow, there is no excuse. When you go back to tell them they act like it’s your fault! Don’t go to this location …the food sucks and the heavy set blonde girl with glasses is RUDE…save your time and money and go to the one by Kroger ….

My favorite Panera Bread. It’s always clean and the cashiers are always friendly. This time I ordered something different- for me. I tried the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Flatbread Pizza. Lots of chicken, plenty of bacon and a few chunks of tomatoes. The chipotle sauce on top brought it all together. Just the right amount of kick.

This local Panera has really impressed me. I’ve been here multiple times since they opened, and have consistently been pleased with their food execution and service. I usually get a latte and their Steak and Wake breakfast sandwich. This time I ordered the lunch sandwich (Italian) and soup (chicken noodle) combo with a drink and chips. It was a LOT of food, all really nice. I’ll try their half sandwich option next time.

I try to keep my expectations reasonable but I’ve never had an experience like this at a Panera. The first thing I noticed was that they hadn’t given my salad dressing. Then we realized that the sandwich had been wrapped like a 3 year old helping to wrap a christmas present. When we unwrapped it, it was reminiscent of a taco bell level of carelessness- chicken, avocado, and bacon were everywhere EXCEPT on the bread. There was no hope of salavaging it as a sandwich, had to be eaten like a sad disheveled salad. Then I took a bite of the actual salad only to find that the chicken was still frozen. Absolutely abysmal, I hope their nights get better from here because clearly they were Struggling.

Order the Steak and Cheddar via the Panera App. Sandwich was very lacking, minimal meat, missing cheese. Full sandwich should have come with a side of chips, no chips. Come on Panera! Thought you were better than this!! Called the manager and he attempted to make it right by giving me a credit for my next visit in his manager’s log… we’ll see how that works out.

So, my last experience was probably my last with this location which makes me sad. I was overcharged for my food (I don’t blame the cashier bc he was a sweet kid and I could tell he was new, but damn lol). I waited a hella long time for my sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. When I got it, it was poorly put together. Seeing as how long I waited and how many of the ladies were back behind the counter, kicking it and doing whatever. I was a little disappointed in my whole experience.

Do not come here if you value your money. Abysmally tiny portion sizes compared to the pictures with extremely high prices. Asked the staff if this is how the sandwich was supposed to look and got back “unfortunately yes a corporate has been cracking down but n portion sizes”. That tells me all I need to know, will never be coming back.

It’s the nastiest Panera I ever see in my life and they just throw everything in my salad all the containers of sauce and everything inside my salad and when I call them and tell them why it’s like that , the manger Nancy she say I don’t know why and it’s Panera policy !!!
