Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and upgraded fries to a poutine, fountain drink with it ($33). Buffalo chicken sandwich wasn’t amazing but it hit the spot. Poutine was a gracious serving, lots of gravy and cheese and the fries were nice and crunchy
On the pricy side but I expected that at the airport.
All in all the previous reviews don’t do this place justice. It’s not a high end restaurant but it’s more than good enough for a meal at the airport.
I would eat here again

My partner and I burst out laughing (for several minutes) when we opened the to-go box we received from True Burger. After paying $36 for a Gatorade, chicken strips and tots, opening the box was pure comedy. I wish I could say it tasted great…but I can’t. What I can say is don’t be their next victim! At least the staff was nice!
And no…we didn’t eat anything before taking this photo. That’s all she wrote.

I saw all the reviews were negative, but I feel like it’s not that bad. The food tastes okay. I had the sausages hot dog combo, and the fries were pretty good too.my son ordered poutine burger.

Really unreasonable pricing. Tried to charge $25.75 for their chicken tenders combo (photo included). Also tried to sell drinks for $6.16 – crazy price for a medium fountain drink. Extremely underwhelming portion size. Actually comes with less side (fries, tots) than if you ordered a burger. Unwilling to fix mistakes. Just eat at Skylights. It’s cheaper, you get a place to sit and the food is not worse.
I don’t really blame the staff. These are probably management/owner policies, but regardless they’re not acceptable.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. The Truly Awesome Shroom & Swiss was arguably the worst burger I’ve ever tasted. Virtually devoid of mushrooms, cheese and flavour. All for the affordable price of $24.
Truly Awesome? Truly Awful more like!
Do. Not. Eat. Here.

For the price the portions are way off. 25 dollars for this small box of fries and 4 small chicken fingers. I have travel many places and willing to pay for the upper price.. I have double the portions for at least 5 dollars less. The people who runs this place really truly need to look at their servings.

way too expensive but the burger was good. four star is only due to food actually tasting good. service wasn’t phenomenal though. he insisted I had to have fries. like whatever!

This is the saddest poutine I’ve ever paid money for in my life. What an absolute waste of money. On top of the tiny size, there are lumps in the gravy. It also took them an age to make. There were also rotten potatoes in whatever fries they put in my food. It tasted absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again.

I found the fries hot, the burgers juicy, and the buns fresh. I have literally had worse burgers at a 5 star hotel in Jasper for 30% more than here so I thought it was good. It is an airport so I expect to pay more. Staff were great.

$12.50 for the thinnest, saddest, sauceless burger I’ve ever had. Thick tomatoes and onions stacked high to make the package look good until you unwrap it. Avoid at all costs.
