I think these employees think this is a hangout and not a job. I own a business and 6 out of 7 days a week I come every morning and get myself and my employees coffees and sandwiches. I drive a very expensive car, and today they give me a greasy sandwich that’s disassembled and I asked for a bag. They always put give me a bag and she tells me they don’t have any. I park and walk in and there’s plenty of bags. The service here lately has been terrible but on my one day off I stopped in just to grab something quick before i start my day and. The woman who attended to my order this morning was also very rude and had an attitude. I’m not coming here again I’m tired of the poor service. The manager really needs to get this team together because again this place is more of a hangout instead of a business. I would know.

I truly appreciate how inviting this Starbucks is. The baristas make you feel right at home, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I’ve noticed that even when things get hectic or when disruptive guests come in, the team handles it with patience and professionalism. A great atmosphere thanks to a great staff.

Yikes the drive thru is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. I think it took 30 minutes. Legit can’t come here again with a toddler.

Tiffany was super helpful & pleasant despite my order of 8 drinks. Every drink came out as ordered and within just a few minutes even though they were busy with drive thru customers. Nice work, Starbucks. You hired good people at this location:)

Ordered my usual drink and tipped over 20%…. The drink was made wrong, with no classic sugar, when I had even paid to get extra. I went back inside to ask for more pumps and was not greeted warmly and was barely assisted. I work in the customer service industry and would never give such lousy service, especially after receiving a nice tip. Do better.

This is the most convenient Starbucks for me. They are always friendly, usually well stocked, reasonably quick on order fulfillment, very accurate and pay attention to order details for accuracy! We rarely have a disappointing experience here, and the only time we do is in the afternoon/evening if they ran out of something we wanted. But they are forgiven for that because they are a very popular location!
