I did not get what I ordered. I was very nice about it. The lady behind the counter was very nice about it. She went to give me my order and it was incomplete and she wanted to get an attitude about it. II did not get what I ordered. I was very nice about it. I stayed calm asked for the manager manager was even worse. She was very rude to me. I was told to drive back around wait in line and re-order what I have originally asked for she could clearly see on my first responder and I was trying to stay calm. I was nice to her and Left. Every time I go to this Taco Bell in Santee, there’s a problem. Something really should be done about it and it’s mostly the attitude.

I ordered 12 tacos (6 hard and 6 soft) for me and my family. Paid $22.99 for it. I got home and saw that my soft shell tacos only had meat and was super greasy. I opened up the paper for the hard shell taco and the shell were soft, they had meat, very little lettuce and a little bit of cheese. It’s not worth the money you have to spend. I’m very disappointed.

This store has the most rude customer service. Can’t get the order right, employees want to over charge you, then, get an attitude when you bring it to their attention. Management needs to be more involved at this establishment. If they are, then maybe they need better training as well.

Since we moved to this area, it’s been disgusting. Then we tried it last month and it was good. And It was good for about a month. But now for the 2nd time it’s $29 and it’s horrible. Pay for 2 quesadillas and get 1 undercooked-raw tortillas. Pay for 4 taco supreme and get no tomato no sour cream. It’s a bad bad situation when you have to open up every wrapped item or worse, I’m too far away to return and no one answers the phone. You never get what you pay for and I am calling my bank this time. I’m sick of the stupidity of not getting what I paid for. I work too hard.

taco bell is getting more stingy with filling tacos and such service was bad nobody smiles anymore and when I got home my order was completely wrong and I checked it on the order screen. Taco Bell was always my favorite fast food place anymore. Isn’t it false advertising to show it so full of stuff then getting it near empty?

Great Taco Bell to stop by on your way North or South off Interstate 95. We got the cravings box and a few other items, and they personally brought the tray out to our table to me and my pregnant wife. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and funny while making our order. The bathrooms were very clean, as was the inside of the restaurant. Strongly suggest coming here if you need a quick bite to eat on your road trip!

Employees were smoking cigarettes right in front of the only door to the restaurant. You had to squeeze past them to enter and exit. The restaurant smelled like cigs. On top of that, I watched one employee go outside, smoke, and go back to cooking while wearing the same food gloves. Terrible service
