For the price point, I expected higher quality, especially having just been in Spain earlier this year.
If I come back due to a social obligation, I’ll try the paella and the dark chocolate mousse, but it’s not personally worth it for me.

One of the best Tapas bars I’ve ever been. Highly recommend the octopus and churros with chocolate dip. The octopus is crispy outside and chewy inside. Even the tomato at the bottom is delicious. Oxtail is very tender and fatty (in a positive way). Spiro is very nice and introduced his favorite ones as well. He recommended the salmon!

Fantastic place to have a conversation and enjoy a variety of flavors. Loved the empanadas, calamari, and desserts – try the chocolate mousse and flan. Will be like a night on Las Ramblas in Barcelona when you go. Dont miss out!

Food is good and delicious. But the amount is pretty small. It’s really tapas and you shouldn’t expect to be full. It’s like a snack level dish. If you really want to full up here, the minimum per person will goes to 100+. I went to McDonald’s after having this dinner with my friend. And it’s also rare in North Carolina the tip minimum is 20%. In that moment I thought I was in New York or San Francisco.

Enjoyed NYE dinner with friends at Taberna. The food and drinks were outstanding. The sangria was especially delicious. Our server, Mary, was great. Very attentive without being overbearing and made excellent suggestions based on our dietary preferences. We all came away with full and happy.

This place is a gem! My wife and I passed through the town and decided to stop by. The restaurant had great atmosphere and server was extremely friendly and helpful. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. I can taste the care and passion of the chef. I felt like being back in Spain again! Highly recommended!!!
