I just purchased coffee and breakfast here. I have diabetes, which requires me to use the restroom frequently. I would respectfully ask for access to the restroom. Denying access in this situation feels inappropriate and concerning.

I never really leave bad reviews, but I have ordered iced coffees from here multiple times and each single time it was horrible. Why am I paying almost $7 for a large iced coffee that you charge EXTRA for the products but don’t put them in my coffee? You can clearly see the difference in the coffees. One to the right was $5.30 made perfect different location. The left one was $7 with extra and still taste like no sugar no butter pecan NOTHING!!! I will not be ordering from here again.

I visited this Dunkin’ for the first time and was happy with our order. We ordered two coffees and two egg and croissants and both came out perfect how we ordered it. The location is small but does have a few areas for seating. Overall, pleased with our order and therefore I rate this location a five star based on our coffee and croissant order.

Can you guys please place the drinks and food at the pickup station facing the customer? Or at least announce it when it’s done? I’m digging through other people’s food looking for my order because it’s always placed facing away from me so I have no idea my order arrived.

Ordered 2x on doordash, 1st time they gave me 2 coffees with my name on them instead of the 1 hot chocolate I ordered and completely left out my munchkins. used doordash credits to reorder. It’s so great you can’t pick what munchkins you get so was ok settling for a mix and throwing out the ones I don’t like. got all glazed so all in the garbage. wasted my money 2x. will never order again!!!

I walked in the DD on Market Street in West Chester at 8:06. My kiosk order was completed by 8:10; just one breakfast sandwich. I waited. I waited. I waited. There was about 3 ppl waiting ahead of me and the mobile orders pickup tray was filled with completed orders. I waited. I waited. I waited. Then the woman that walk on before me asked an employee about her mobile order. The lady couldn’t understand English bery well and asked her to repeat the order twice. She then showed her the order on her cellphone and the lady needed to read it a few times. The employee along with another employee sifted through mobile order receipts and couldnt find it. So they had to make her order. But she clearly made it and paid for it. I then asked about my kiosk order and they looked through mobile receipts. I emphasized….” No I made my order in the store on this kiosk and I paid $5.29 for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant.” They didn’t eveb receive the order or ignored it…spoke amongst each other in their language (french) and then proceeded to make the order. The manager came in and he could tell there were dissatisfied customers. He asked the employees what was going on and they mumbled something. (I couldn’t hear what was said. ) She then slowly made my sandwich and wrapped in a glacial pace walking in over as slowly as she possibly could. I can’t believe I waited 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich that only gets microwaved. I have been a customer at this particular DD since I moved to this area 15 years ago. I will never return. Since the management and employee team has changed, its gone to the bottom of the barrel in food and the customer service is deplorable. No one bothered to apologize for the long wait or anything. Just horrible!

Been coming her the past couple weeks and I’ve always had good coffee except a prior visit. Coffee was dark, couldn’t taste the French vanilla and it was sour. Went back and got a new one. Then today same situation. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location.

Been coming here for years and no problems until today. Asked for a large iced Carmel coffee and the employee didn’t even ask if I wanted cream and sugar and it was all wrong. Went back to get another one and ordered the same thing and there is no Carmel and it taste like straight coffee. I will never stop here again.
