Worst Burger King l have ever had. We ordered whoppers and this place is literally the only place that did not toast buns. The buns were soggy and falling apart with undercooked meat. I have overall noticed fast food decline in quality but this was by far the worst. Completely inedible.

They had one person running this whole place and their menu board was just hand written on printer paper. What the hell is going on at Burger King? Has anyone had a good experience at one in the last 10 years? I don’t think so. This poor girl working here did make our food as close to perfect as possible though. It looked like it was from a commercial. That said it was still extremely gross because the recipe for the potatoes has changed so much from when they were good that even a perfectly cooked burger is still gross. Do better Burger King

I’ve been to Burger King several times, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The food was as good as expected, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly, which really affected the overall experience. It’s a shame because I’ve always enjoyed their burgers, but the attitude of the staff made it hard to enjoy my meal. I hope they can work on improving customer service because the quality of food definitely deserves better service.

Sad. Drive thru menu is handwritten (scrawled) as the electronic sign has been broken for a while. Unreasonably long wait in drive thru menu- the place was not crowded. We had a very small, typical order and took a long time.

I spent extra time meticulously going over the specific Appalachiacola, Fl. Burger King. The menu had a Family Bundle. When we went through, my friend ordered the family bundle. She said they didn’t have one! Then asked if they had 2 more menu items. She said they only have bundles if you have a coupon! That is NOT what the online menu says at all!! They are pathetic!! Additionally, they charge 2× more for Burger King because they are the only fast food restaurant in the area! I should have read the reviews!! I genuinely hope you do‼️
