Best of all, special discounts like $9.99 large with any three toppings and more are usually available. Another plus is their app and tracker where ordering is simple and you can see exactly what stage your order’s in – both work great. Highly positive experience from start to finish!

I’m a doordasher and they never have the orders ready the guy making the pizzas was very loudly cussing and saying very rude things about the dashers that were just acting surprised when they said the orders were going to take another 20 to 30 mins. Of course he did not have a name tag but he had medium length hair on the top half and short on the bottom half. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. DO BETTER! Here is a pic of the male.

This Papa Johns location runs smoothly and delivers exactly what you’d expect — hot, fresh pizza made to order, quick service, and reliable consistency. It’s one of the better chain pizza spots in the Lewiston area, especially when you want something fast that still tastes fresh.
The crust always bakes up well — soft on the inside with a nice golden edge — and their signature garlic sauce remains undefeated. The toppings are generous, and the cheese always melts evenly across the pizza. The pepperoni and extra cheese combo is a go-to for a reason.
The staff here are friendly, efficient, and usually get orders out on time whether you’re picking up or having it delivered. The store is clean, organized, and it’s clear they take care to keep things running professionally.
The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is that it’s still very much a chain experience — reliable and tasty, but not as memorable as the local pizzerias around town. Still, when you want dependable pizza with solid flavor and fast turnaround, this Papa Johns does it right.

Ordered from our car .when it said the Pizza was ready. Went in to get said Pizza and they said it’s not ready yet when I’m clearly looking at the Pizza. The pizza now burnt sitting at the end of the conveyor in the oven. When I asked, they go well, there’s there’s other people’s orders in front of it, he goes. My Pizza is burning. They refused to give us our food and said, we’ll have to wait. I go, are you going to remake our order? Why would we do that?He said.Because it’s burnt,i replied. We’ve never served burnt food , he replied.
We left and didn’t end up getting our food. Will not be going here again. This is the third time we have had an issue with this place.

Three people were wearing headphones, one was yelling and said profanities, no one was wearing gloves even the guy cooking/making the pizzas. Two guys with long hair and facial hair had no hair nets what’s so ever. Terrible Service

Just got my pizza delivery, it arrived within a reasonable time given its Saturday night and they are probably busy about this time of night. How ever, without being actually flipped upside down, the pizza looks like it was just tossed in the back seat of the delivery drivers car with no real care given.
