Great experience!
I stopped in for a Caramel MooLatte and. Blizzard, it was genuinely delicious. The Latte had the perfect balance of coffee flavor without being too sweet. The caramel and whipped cream blended really well and made it super smooth.
The staff was welcoming and really attentive, which made the visit even better. Customer service here is excellent. The bathrooms were also very clean, which is always a big plus in any food spot.
And the Buster Bars box is a must, absolutely worth grabbing on your way out.
Overall, a great stop. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m upset because I ordered a “burger”. When he read off the ingredients that it would come with, there was no mention of cheese. It came with cheese and I am lactose intolerant. I called and the guy explained that it’s Dairy Queen and it’s assumed to be with cheese, however should it not be clarified at the window? He clearly said it’ll come with pickles ketchup and mustard at the window, and I did not mention cheese whatsoever when ordering.

Purchased a cake certificate a few months ago and didn’t use it before the November 30th expiration date. They refused to honor the coupon one week late I understand there was a date to use it by but they could make an exception as I paid for this coupon I didn’t realize there was a date to use it by will never be back to these Dairy Queen’s in Janesville poor management and owners are very unhelpful they made money and refused any type of help

Manager goes above and beyond to take care of me and my mobile orders at least every weekend! This is the only DQ that I choose to go to because of road construction and I’m very picky on how I like my m&m blizzard done.

The ice cream flavor is watered down walmart quality compared with Madison’s DQ locations which are excellent. They got skimpy on my ice cream cake too and put less chocolate syrup and less cookie crumble in the ice cream cake compared with Madison also. Presentation is good.

I bought a ice cream cake from there and not only was the price outrageous the quality was lousy the inside of the cookie center with all Crumbly It’s like they forgot to mix something else in with it and of course they wouldn’t compensate on the $37 cake I learned my lesson I won’t buy from Dairy Queen again
