The place was nice and cozy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by this lady named Cheryl who turned out to be the owner of the restaurant. She was helping us place our order, was truthful about the portion and didn’t oversell us. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and cheese fries. First bite, we were blown away. My husband and I were thinking, “We finally found a good spot in central jersey that sells good Philly cheesesteak!” Their fries is different. It’s cut like potato chips and was already seasoned, the cheese whiz was on the side. Overall excellent food and customer service. Will definitely be back!

alright, sit down and read this review. Let me tell you this was hands down one of the best experiences i have ever had dining out of town, we traveled almost three hours to the beach and were starving, we stopped at this place on a whim and it was fantastic. The host / owner was hands down fantastic!!! very good prices and decent portion sizes but it doesn’t even matter because the food was just utterly amazing . small simple menu and you wont be disappointed with anything you try. 10/10

Stopped in on Sunday after a long day of fishing with a friend. We both had steak sandwiches and we both agreed they were very good. Obvious high quality ingredients, especially the beef. Very fresh and no gristle and a bakery fresh roll. The owner is a sweetheart. We got to talking and I mentioned that I also like a good roast pork sandwich so she went in the back and came out with free samples for both my friend and I. I wasn’t even hungry and the pork was outstanding. I know what i’m getting next time. Great place to sit and relax with some good food after a day on the water.

I have probably past by this place a 1000 times. Guys at work have said they have good food. Finally I stopped in, I ordered the chicken cheese steak w/ mushrooms & onions, what a good sandwich. They have a good menu, the Meatball parmigiana will probably be my next choice. The people & service are very good. Definitely a must try.

Awesome awesome awesome! By far the best cheese steaks around ! Award winning in my book for sure ! The cheese fries were great as well! One of my favorite places to eat and so close to my house ! Love it ! Highly highly recommended!

I was told that Philly’s has the best cheese steaks around, and yes it was true. The Beautiful owner made it a point to make extra sure everything was perfect. There can be no post’s hear negative it’s impossible can’t wait to go back thanks for taking me Shelly. I recommend all for at least a first visit and be ready to go back.

Best cheese steaks around. The owners there are amazing. Very accommodating and will custom make anything however you like. Highly recommend this place for not only their cheese steaks but hot dogs, fries, burgers, everything. It’s not only a takeout place but you can eat there too. BYOB if you want. Must try, you will not be disappointed.

Yummy Cheesesteaks… try them on garlic bread and don’t forget the steak fries! So to update, I’d also advise you to try their chicken cutlet ( anyways tender..not rubbery like some local pizzarias ) on garlic bread with American Cheese and brown gravy. I made a believer out of my husband. And he’s not an easy man to please! Thanks for the amazing food!

The food was not good and the prices are way too high!!! i got a cheese steak and a side and a drink for 24 dollars?? ..i left with half of the sandwich in my pocket because it was horrible and i was nervous the lady would get mad and just make the situation uncomfortable..go to TsT BBQ on highway 36 at the mini golf course!!! do not recommend phillys!!!
