Update the business hours. It says you’re open from 12-9pm on Sunday yet at 5pm you’ve shut all the lights off already. In a remote university like Bentley, it’s hard to find a place to eat within walking distance if you are a non-resident student. The only other place to eat on a Sunday is a 15 min walking distance away, so showing accurate hours becomes important to make sure students are eating adequately.

Honestly, this place blows. Staff looked unengaged and had no personality whatsoever. They barely put any cream cheese in my bagel, and had barely toasted it as well. I don’t attend the school, but I work nearby. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was that it was convenient to get to.
