Dont get the meat loaf dinner it’s the worst I have ever had in 60 yrs
First of all i asked for the gravy on the side because these diners usually serve gravy loaded with salt ,when meal came the meat loaf had a very strange color to it so I tried it cut into the meat loaf and it was very dry then the taste was very weird it surly was not a normal meat loaf had some kind if bread fillers in it with no meat flavor and I had to put that dark salty gravy on it just to eat it .I just used a spoon and so any way I don’t think the meal was worth the $12.95 .the potatoes were not good, also and wife’s tiny home fries with omelet were terrible
But i found out at end they charged an extra $2.50 for very poor frozen tiny home frys that were over cooked so much you could not put a fork in them nor eat them.
We eat out alot and every other place includes the home frys and toast with omelet so the omelet and extra charge for home frys were almost $15 dollars
Sorry but if every thing was excellent it still would be expensive but to get such a horrible cheap food that is the straw that breaks the back will never go back
When waitress asked me I was honest told her it was pretty bad she came toward the end of the meal I still ate it and I needed butter after I waited a few min I just went to find my own butter .
So she just said oh I will let the cook know since this was his first time making this meat loaf ,nothing else no sorry and certainly no discount ,so I paid the bill but I will never go back .In today’s age I can’t imagine letting a customer leave knowing they were unhappy .
Like I said this meat loaf was so bad army chow meat loaf was better ,they should just buy a frozen meat loaf from hannafords and sell that .

LOVED this place. It was busy (which is a good sign). The food was fast and delicious. The staff were so friendly and happy to work there. Our waitress told us the boss is the nicest guy who helps the staff when they need it. He fixes brakes, gives rides, helps with all sorts of things, so they all really appreciate him. It’s nice to know there are good folks everywhere. I got the French toast which was pretty good. My wife really enjoyed her beautiful breakfast a mocha and chocolate crepe with chocolate and raspberry topping (see pics). Take a stroll and check out the nearby river park with kayak rentals available.

Solid old school diner with good food and friendly service. We came here for a late breakfast on a fall Tuesday morning, and the restaurant was fairly busy, but we didn’t have to wait for a table. The food we ordered wasn’t fancy – eggs, sausage, bacon, and home fries, but it was fresh and well prepared, and served hot by really pleasant staff. The pancakes were a standout – light, fluffy, and tasty with some satisfying crispness on the outside. It’s worth it to order the real maple syrup to go with them. Definitely worth the price to eat here.

Let me begin by saying that the service was great. The ladies here are really nice.
The diner itself is kept up really well, especially for an older establishment. It has a good, old feel to it.
I found that the food is meant for fast service and not necessarily quality. I got a egg and cheese on a English muffin and a lemon curd crepe. The lemon curd will remind you of the kind you find in a gas station pastry – they’re not making that stuff in-house. The sandwich is comparable to a McDonald’s sandwich. The good news is that it’s affordably priced.
If you have a large group and you need a well priced meal that’s respectable, this is a good place for that scenario.
Good coffee.
Overall good.

Was there around 11:30 this morning. Not very busy. Waitress was flustered by an unintelligible phone order for 9 and the rude man placing it. My omelet was decent, but not outstanding and I would have been embarrassed to serve the home fries I got as a side order ($2.50). The serving size was small and they were tiny and hard to chew, not burnt but hard. My husband thought the meatloaf was terrible and sides were smaller than another customer’s who ordered the same meal. Talked to waitress, but no offer to take anything off tab which was $29+, no beverages.

Excellent local gem. Great food & customer service. Very attentive & patient, with my 2.5 year old daughter. One waitress pretended to fly into space in their make believe rocket. When my daughter accidentally dropped her plate with Minnie Mouse pancakes. They were quick to offer more pancakes. I declined. I was able to safe an ear & she wasn’t going to eat much more. Waitress came by with some whipped cream & turned it into a smiling face. My daughter loved it. We, the adults, had their special, Cowboy Frying Pan (hash, home fries & onions, topped with baked beans & 2 poached eggs, your choice of toast & coffee…my taste buds were in heaven. Coffee was constantly being refilled! There was a bit of a wait to get seated but, it was well worth it!

Our first visit, impressed with bright interior. Sat at bar, immediately greeted by our server Emma, who was awesome. Coffee flowed continuously, most tables occupied on Wednesday morning. We ordered chili skillet & “The Boss” breakfast sandwich with side of puffstots. Both very tasty, tots were best ever! Highly recommend this place, would definitely return.

A true family owned diner restaurant. Christine, the waitress is the most friendly person ever. Kind and always looking out for your coffee. The food is not equalled anywhere in Lewiston Auburn. The quality, portion, size and taste, for the money is the best around
