One of us ordered the daily special which was spaghetti and loved it. I had hamburger & fries. Hamburger was delicious. Not greasy at all, great quality meat. Came to the table with toppings exactly as ordered.

I stopped in this nice little cafe with my brother and I was very impressed. It brings out the feeling of a mom & pop’s restaurant. The server was fun and light hearted. I ordered the catfish sandwich with potato wedges. My order came hot and fresh. I was definitely full. The menu was reasonably priced too. I will be bringing my family back for the all you can eat catfish dinner.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you are looking for a southern diner with AMAZING food, Kat’s Diner is the place! The owners as well as the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The food is some of the best and the prices for the huge portions that you get are great. Definitely recommend stopping in if you are passing through or live local.

They are making their portions much smaller, we were charged 1.99 for about 12 French fries, which is ridiculous and when I ask, I was told that because prices are up they have to make the portions smaller or charge more. They are serving frozen French fries which can still be bought at a cheap price so that reasoning was just outrageous. I also ordered catfish which I requested to be served crispy and it was not and I ask why, I was told the grease was new and it doesn’t fry the food crispy when it’s new, that was a ridiculous response as well because I know from working with grease that it does not work that way. We have enjoyed this place before but now I feel they are ripping people off and thats unacceptable. My family will not be returning because I value the few dollars I can spend on a meal. Shame on them for taking advantage of people.

Hi all. This is a small town family, sit a spell & talk. No drive thru bells dinging, no one being pulled to wait on their order. She will keep your coffee/tea full while waiting on your meal. But the 11:00 lunch buffet is usually ready. Breakfast is very very southern style & fresh. Just chill & enjoy the day folks!
