Tooele has another gem with Bombay Kitchen as a culinary option.
The Menu contains the classics of most Indian restaurants- Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, etc. with a few selections from Southern India. We ordered a few selections we wanted and one recommended by staff.
The Tandoori Chicken was phenomenal with the lime squeezed on top- tangy with a juicy bite. The Coconut Shrimp Korma was smooth with both flavors shining through.
The Chicken Kabob was savory and well spiced and the rice with it was a hit for the kids.
The naan was decent, but lacked the impact the other options had.
Very friendly staff, and the easy going atmosphere make Bombay Kitchen one to keep in your rotation. Don’t fail to support this place, Tooele!

Good to see Tooele is finally starting to have some food diversity. I don’t live in Tooele but my Son and Daughter in-law does. Every time we visit we end up taking them out to dinner in Salt Lake. Because it seems like Tooele has Fast Food restaurants so it’s great to see a restaurant’s open in this fast growing town. Although they didn’t have a menu for kids, they offered chicken tenders to my 4 year old grandson. Great Customer service, friendly, and good food. Lots of choices on the menu. I love spicy food. We will definitely be back.

Really nice restaurant on the inside.
I got the chicken biryani. Really great dish with complex flavors! The waitress was helpful in talking through the parts of the menu and helping me make a decision of what I wanted.
(Large portion size was a plus)
My wife got the the combo kabob plate. Both the chicken and the beef were really good. Comes with plenty of rice and a nice salad.
Would highly recommend for the atmosphere and the food.
The decor really makes it feel like a formal restaurant. But one that I would feel comfortable bringing family to as well.

Nice restaurant. Pretty interior. Great food and service! They had a special for valentines day. We got to pick a free appetizer and a free dessert. They let me choose a drink instead of the dessert. I got the mango chicken and a mango lassi for a drink. Then my husband got the mango ice cream and we shared. I loved all of it! I didn’t think to take pictures before we had started eating so you get the picture of some half eaten. After we had eaten all of the rice they brought us more. We will definitely eat there again.

Delicious food, generous portions, and great service. Definitely a must visit restaurant in Tooele. We had chicken tikka masala and chicken curry korma and naan. Also had a mango smoothie and ice cream that was delicious.

Stopped by due to a recommendation from my wife’s hair stylist. Good recommendation. Tried the veggie balls in a creamy sauce. Tandoori chicken. Also got a lamb dish. Couple of naan that included onion and garlic. Mango lassi for the win. Sorry no pictures. Nice portions. Tasty food. Pleasant atmosphere. Good service. We will return.
