1st World Problems Solved
I’ve eaten here twice in as many months and both times it made me ill. Perhaps something needs to be done about the quality of the food. It used to be fine. Inside is same boring place with bored new sandwiches that are meager at best…subway is actually vastly superior at this point sadly…what happened to JJ…what happened to this LOCATION it used to be the GREAT.

Freaky fast? Nope. Freaky slow. I ordered ahead and then drove three miles to pick it up. Waited five more minutes in the store.

Pulled up to drive through to order with two cars in front of me.. waited for 16 minutes … that’s fine if that’s how long it takes. Noted for future reference.
But maybe change your slogan from so fast you’ll freak. That’s kind of why I chose Jimmy John’s. This is the 3rd time I’ve waited way longer than any other location in Waco would take.
Won’t be back on my lunch breaks any longer. Maybe when I have a half hour to waste.

My absolute favorite sandwich store in Waco. It’s clean, the food is fantastic! Get that number 2 no veggies, so good! May just be meat and cheese and mayo but I can eat that every day.

I hate to add a not so nice review, but here it is. I went here yesterday and they’ve always been so good, but unfortunately yesterday my food was very subpar. I ordered the lulu and the bacon was white and the turkey was pork pink. I was concerned about it so unfortunately I didn’t eat it and paid for something I literally threw in the trash. The staff were so sweet and nice when talking to me. They deserve to be praised for their service and communication.

Best place if you crave some spicy in your life as well as a gourmet sandwich. I recommend getting a side of jalapeños ranch instead of on the sandwich that way you can add and dip. Also the club tuna on wheat with the ranch is fantastic as well as it in a wrap and dip it in the ranch. I don’t think I have ever had a bad sandwich so far. COME CHECK THEM OUT.

Pre-ordered online and waited 20 min in the drive through. There were only 2 cars in front of me. Each only had 2 sandwiches and it still took 20 mins. They actually tried to give my order to the car in front of me. When I asked about the Freaky Fast they advertised, I was told that there were only 2 employees working. 4 sandwich’s=20 mins(?)

I’ve gone here time and time again and have had good experiences. Fast service, good food, all at a decent price. I give it five stars because I haven’t had any complaints or concerns.
One thing that may cause concern is the parking. I know this is not established or maintained by Jimmy John’s. But there have been times where the parking lot was full.
Nevertheless, if you want something quick and good, give them a try.
