Went through the drive through ordered my sandwich. Got back to my office to find a long black hair on my sub. Called the store the lady who answered was less than thrilled to talk to me. She did refund my money, but that was it.

Well to start the place was clean and the service was fast. There’s a bathroom with a sink to go to the bathroom. You can wash your hands. They have a hand dryer. The bread is good for you and makes for a good sammy. You can get all the fixings or nothing at all,the price is the same. The soda is fizzy and you can refill for free. The chips are good and the cookies are great. I like Jimmy And John…..

Staff was super positive and seemed like they love to be there. I just simply went to pickup an order I placed was ready ahead of time too. Was greeted very kindly never got their names but I don’t see that often in todays world. Food was great as well!!

Ordered a slim 6 (plain cheese 8” sub) for our daughter and they put avocado on it. Called the store after we noticed and the employee told me a slim 6 is a veggie sub with avocado. There are two areas for improvement here: (1) corporate could clean up their menu as there are (3) #6 subs. The original #6 Veggie, the little John #6 (a smaller version of the original #6, and the slim 6 (plain cheese). This would make it easier on the staff taking and creating orders and/or (2) improved training for staff on the differences between the three #6 subs. The store credited me for the cost of the sub, thank you for that, however this was after the staff explained to me the #6 comes with avocado. Again if I worked here I might also get confused on the array of #6 subs. I appreciate the food and will be back and will check each sub before leaving next time.

I know what it feels like to get a bad review so if somebody addresses this, I will change my review.
>> today about 1150 I went to Jimmy John’s drive-thru.. one person was in front of me at the window and had already ordered, I sat at the speaker box for about 20 minutes, waiting to give an order, finally somebody came on, took my order. I ordered simple BLTs. .. Got behind the first car at the window… and we both sat there I would say an additional 30 minutes maybe more. After the 30 mark the lady waiting at the window and I started looking at each other like what the hell is going on here.. she honked several times signaling to someone inside like come on what’s going on… I was simply trying to get some lunch for my daughter who works in the same plaza.. so she called the store directly and said hey I am in the line here is there’s something going on we’ve been here over almost 45 minutes. They said nonchalantly “we’re getting your food now” .. I waited an additional 15 minutes and then decided to get out of the line… I’ve never experienced something like this.. they need some new employees asap.

This was a special treat for my daughter who was in labor at Health park! She had stayed away from lunch meat her whole pregnancy so she ordered a 7 Spicy East Coast Italian with double meat, peppers, oil and vinegar, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo! We both had small turkey. When I arrived at the drive up window everything was ready and the server had even added cookies to our order! Extra sweet of him! At first she said I’m only going to eat half but she devoured that sandwich and was very happy for all the energy! It was a great experience! This is our favorite to pickup on our way to watch the sunset on FMB!

We came in to get lunch today (Mon 24th) and the two guys working were so friendly and accommodating. We got one sub and one unwich. Both were delicious- unwich was wrapped perfectly. The guys made what was going to be just a normal pop in for lunch just that much better. Thank you guys!!
