Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Food is always cooked extremely sub par. Burger patties come out mushy, flavorless and gray. They also frequently forget to add cheese. Disappointing almost every time I eat here.

Loved it! Whataburger, the best fast food burger! I used to live in Texas and ate these all the time. So glad they are in MO now. The flavor of the burgers are delicious! French fries and onions are tasty! The place was beautiful and clean. Good crews and all friendly. Brought the food to my table and circled back later to see if I needed anything. Manager Christopher was friendly and courteous. Harrisonville, Missouri outside of Kansas City, MO.

The food was good although it was not the best fast food burger I’ve eaten. The service was just okay. It was the first time we had eaten in a Whataburger, and we got an eye roll from the counter girl because we needed time to check out the menu. The restaurant was extremely noisy with music that is not appropriate for all age groups. Obviously they cater to young diners. Personally, I won’t go back.

The Counter staff is always extremely nice. Food is always amazing. I eat here with my family at least every other week and my kids are excited everytime we pull into the parking lot.

The manager apologized for the long wait. Two cooks hadn’t showed up for work. Surprisingly, we received our food a short time later, but it was cold. The fries were cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted on the cheeseburger.

There were no employees behind the counter. I ordered at the kiosk then had to go behind the counter go get my own cup.
My food was brought out pretty quickly but it was so messy (half my condiments were outside of the bun) I could barely eat it.
Edit: 24 hours later and I still have heartburn.
First time and last time here. Whataburget sucks.
Edit 2: 2 days later and I still haven’t been able to eat without getting heartburn or vomiting.
DO NOT GO HERE

On our way to Wisconsin and stopped for a burger, my husband had never had WHATABURGER or SPICY ketchup!! The MANAGER was smiling and the crew was too!! Genuine smiles!!! The food was perfectly delicious ..

**Disappointing Experience at Harrisonville Whataburger**
I recently visited the Harrisonville Whataburger and was extremely disappointed with my order. Not only was my drink missing, but my food order was also incorrect. The cobb salad was missing its key ingredients, chicken and tomatoes. How can a salad be a cobb salad without those? And the burger, specifically ordered without tomatoes, arrived with them.
It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not receive what you ordered. I hope Whataburger takes steps to improve their order accuracy and quality control.
