Little Caesars Pizza is always a great choice! Hot, fresh, and delicious pizza every time. Quick service, convenient, and consistently tasty. Perfect for a quick meal or feeding a crowd—highly recommend! ✨

This place needs to relocate because they’re always busy which is good but there’s always a line hanging out onto the street or into the adjacent gas station. A lot of cars for a small shopping area.

This place is so slow. You want a pizza by dinner time go in the AM. They would rather restock and clean to close exactly at 9pm instead of serving the 8 car line they have waiting.

Employees seemed like they liked working there. They all smiled when you walked in and greeted you. Ordering and getting my food was simple and quick.

Service was quick. I had a pick up order and it was ready when I got there. My only problem is no matter how quickly you get for food it never looks fresh. Looks like they took slices from other pizzas and thru it together. Wings needed to be cooked more but it is what it is.

Placed an online order a little after 8:00 pm to pick up. Received the confirmation email saying it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. When we pulled up, there was a line at the drive thru that went into and around the parking lot. We parked in front to wait for our order to be ready. The email I received had directions to go inside and get our order from the portal and gave the 3 number code. I also had the tracker pulled up to monitor when the order was ready. I got the notification with the instructions to go inside and get the food out of the portal with a 3 digit code. I headed in, but the door was locked. I knocked, but no one acknowledged me. That’s when I noticed a sign on the door that “Drive Thru Only.” So I got back in the car and got in the drive thru line. At this point I was only mildly irritated that we hadn’t been made aware of this beforehand and had already wasted time sitting in the parking lot when we could have been waiting in line. After another 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line, I was very angry. As we got closer to the pick up window, I could see in the store and see my food sitting in the portal, with my name on the screen above it. There were also at least 4 people “working” inside. I don’t know why with that many people working, they couldn’t leave the door open and have someone manning the front, but instead let the drive thru line get that long. When we finally got to the pick up window (and after getting another reminder email that my food was ready and to head inside to pick it up from the portal), I let the woman know how annoyed I was at having to wait so long to get my food. She proceeded to argue with me that when I ordered online I was told it was drive thru only. I had the tracker and the emails right there on my phone saying otherwise, but she continued to argue with me and had quite the attitude. When I finally told her I would just like to get my food and told her my name, she acted like she didn’t hear me and started asking questions like what I ordered and what my last name was, even though I could clearly see on the portal screen it was under my first name, and then said, “Oh, it is in the portal. What is the three digit code?” Really!?! Just give me my friggin’ food already!!! I shouldn’t have to give you the number since I am not getting the food myself. Knowing she was just messing with me just made me even angrier. We had our puppy with us and she was getting quite restless at this point since she had now been sitting in the back seat for 50 minutes. She stuck her head out of my window and barked once. I reached up and pushed her back and told her to be quiet. The woman in the pick up window that was “waiting” on us said, “Oh, now you’re letting your dog bark at me!!” I just looked at her and said, “I did not order her to do that. Can you just get my food that I have already paid for and waited more than enough time for.” At this point, I was becoming irate. She then closed the window and walked away. It then took 2 1/2 minutes for her bring our food to the window. I know it took that long because I was so irritated, I was just staring at the clock. Two and a half minutes to get food that was 2 step away from her in the portal. I couldn’t see what she was doing, so who knows? Maybe she was tampering with our food. When she finally came back I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. She just kept saying it was Little Caesars. When I tried to look around her to get another workers attention, she slammed the window shut and locked it and walked away. She was older/middle age with dark hair thay was in a braid. Seeing these other bad reviews, many about the same issues I had (and some as old as a year or more showing its an ongoing issue) and how they either can’t get ahold of a manager or get the same attitude from the manager makes me wonder how they stay open and why they are so busy. Are there so few options here that people don’t care about horrible customer service? We will never go back to that location.

I’ve eaten tons of pretzel crust pizzas and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. No salt on the crust. Burnt and dry as hell. Very disappointing.
