Food is good for my first visit. The customer service is terrible so that explains the four stars! They should consider hiring people that smile
Explains the menu and can upsell. The two young ladies are very disconnected and stand offish. They seem like they are scared of engaging with customers. I would have left had I not really wanted to try this place.
I ordered the PH protein pancakes combo. And then I asked what drinks do they have besides what is in the menu since I seen the fountain drinks and eventually got her to explain the BCAA.
The food is hot, fresh, flavorful and plated nicely. The BCAA is perfect to add to this meal.
I will likely eat here more often I just hope the staff can be more friendly and welcoming instead of making others feel like a burden to their phone use time.

Bison cheesesteak wrap was super good. Aloha burger was decent. Prices feel a little high, but there aren’t a lot of other places that offer such macro friendly options. Wait was about 10 minutes. We went at 12:30 and it wasn’t too busy. Looked like a lot of mobile orders.

I have ordered a few times from this location and each time my experience has been different. On one occasion my spicy Thai wrap was a decent size but it had no peanut sauce. On a second occasion my side salad for the wrap included an allergen ingredient, even after I reminded staff twice.

I always get shakes and food here. The flavors are phenomenal. Portions are quite large too. Always fresh and the staff are so amazing! Definitely come here as a Crunch Gym membership owner for 10% off and for a great after workout meal.

It’s so annoying to order ahead so you can just pick it up on your way to work and they don’t even start the order. Like what’s the point of me paying ahead and you don’t even have it ready when I get there. Mind you I ordered 15 mins early because it said est completion time was 15mins. I get there 20 mins later and it’s not even started on. It’s wasting my time and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It was also for two smoothies ridiculous. I get there and no one’s even there which is even worse!

Disappointed all around. I bought a bison burger and doubled the meat. This was the most bland backyard cookout burger I have eaten in years. Not even a hint of seasoning. No condiments provided either. This must have been some low quality bison as well, because it was not lean at all, it was more greasy that a 85% beef burger. Lastly, as you can see from my photo I clearly ordered no cheese, and right below it, they add cheese…not the end of the world, but it further saturated the burger in grease. This is not a healthy alternative given the poor quality meat, plus it is not even worth the calories given it does not even taste good. I would not recommend.

This place use to be good, but unfortunately the quality of food came down really badly. The fact that they are out of fires and instead of telling their customers they serve Sweet potato fries how about if you tell your customers? The fact that in my past 3 times here my fries were burnt to the crisp that I can taste the burnt, the fact that they don’t even apologize for the food the give out, and the fact that breads are not fresh at all. Not sure what is happening there, but I won’t be eating there anymore.

I’ve been here a few times. On opening day it was amazing! I rated 5 stars on yelp but slowly getting worse. I’ve gotten wrong orders before. Wait time is long,I waiting 30 min once for a to go order. And then they forgot my side. Waited an additional 15 min to get it only to find chicken with my fruit. At that point I just gave up and left. And then I ordered another time and they forgot my rice for my bowl and the cheese that goes along with it. It’s sad how far down it’s come…use to be good.

Monroe was so sweet and patient throughout my ordering process. The music makes it upbeat and energetic. I will definitely be back after a workout to enjoy some protein pancakes!

Not a fan of writing bad reviews, unless it is constructive criticism or something that can be fixed so that the owner can improve.
Ordered priority Uber Eats at the same time as something not priority and it showed up 30-45 minutes after the non-priority… my poor uber guy was just waiting there for like 30 minutes.
Once food was delivered modifications were ignored, whole items were missing altogether, and normal dishes were missing items like avocado.
The place looks like a spot I would normally love. Macro friendly, health focused, good alternatives, etc.
A little disappointing that I won’t be ordering again because i definitely find places like this and stick with them for a long time. Especially with traveling.
Still worth a shot for someone in person who isn’t in a rush, and wants healthy food!
