This used to be my favorite starbucks in Logan but in the recent months the staff isn’t as friendly as they once were and they constantly get my drinks wrong. The other thing is that you can’t sit outside because it smells awful by the seating area.

I spilled a large latte — it got all over seats, tables, the wall, and floor. I informed Gavin what happened, and without hesitation gave me another coffee, cleaned the entire thing up, sparked small talk, and made me feel good after doing something I was upset about. Great staff over at this location.

I do love this Starbucks… The baristas are always friendly. The coffee is amazing. However, my biggest complaint is the horrendous music that was playing in here the other day. Ridiculous pop music, like Britney Spears and I believe some Christina Aguilera etc. It was irritating enough, that I just couldn’t stay long. Maybe that’s not a big deal to some people, but it was extremely irritating to me. I believe coffee shops should set a chill & mellow mood, and have music to match that. Not pop.. please, anything but pop. (Just my personal opinion)

Came in – slow at the time – all three crew members were busy still. I started asking for my order and everybody immediately took off on my order without waiting for it. I hadn’t even paid by the time they were finished.

The girl who helped in the drive thru was very rude. She had a huge attitude and when I asked for a straw for my drink, she rolled her eyes at me. I was taken aback because the guy who helped me the day previous was very nice.
