The “good” Pizza Hut. We live in the Bluebonnet corridor and the one on Bluebonnet is closer to us, but this is the one we go to because it’s better. The staff is friendly, they make a quality product, and our order is always quick and correct. We use the app to online order and we’re in and out in a flash.

I called to report that my pizza had a funny taste to it. I informed the restaurant that I only ate two slices, however, nothing could be done because I ate two slices. That makes no sense to me. The guy on the phone hung up in my face once I told him. No refund, swap out or store credit for my dissatisfaction. Definitely won’t return back to Pizza Hut and/or that store in particularly.

Ordered pizza at 7 on a Friday night for my large family since this location is closest to me only to have someone call me 5 minutes later telling me they didn’t have thin crust AND I could only order 4 pizzas max. LIKE WHAT? Is this a business? Just close the store down if you can’t fulfill people’s orders. Poor management. Poor staff. Poor experience. Learned my lesson and will never order from here again. Probably lost the points I used for one of my pizzas forever since you can’t ever reach anyone in customer service, but it’s A okay. Papa Johns will always get us right!

Super convenient location for us. Ordered a couple deals online: 2 medium 2 toppings for $5.99 and large for $7.99. The large we ordered as thin crust like we normally do but when we got it home it seemed super old like it was sitting a long time. The other two pizzas were hot and fresh. We’ve never had this issue before and hopefully not again. Normally the quality is consistent.
