Love this place. Jay and Nugent always go out of their way to find what you’re looking for. And if they don’t have it, they can get it. Or recommend something better (usually for less money). Great customer service makes all the difference.

They had a great selection of domestic and imported natural wines. I’d go back just for that! Also, prices of all wines seemed very fair to other stores carrying the same labels.

Love Bourbon Street, when I can actually shop there. They always have what I’m looking for. If I’m unsure or need suggestions, they’re knowledgeable and honest with their recommendation. ONLY downfall, parking or lack of. Plenty of times I’ve circled the lot/waited with no available spots. To the point I’ve left entirely and went to a less favorable liquor store. When I mentioned this to the employees, they’ve all explained the restaurant next door takes up most of the parking. Which is great for them. But not for someone trying to go to Bourbon Street……

I was a regular customer and they have decent selection with decent prices.
I did though have foot surgery. I drove up, called them and asked if they could deliver curbside…. “nope”, but I will tip “can’t”, but I just had surgery “Sorry we don’t do that”
5 minutes away, Bishops does it with a smile and “I hope you had better soon”. They even had a mobile credit card reader!!!
Such a simple way to earn a customer and lose one forever…

Their willingness to help with a curbside order during the COVID-19 pandemic really blew me away. I ordered several items from the Lebanon location and paid over the phone. Then i just called the store when I arrived to pick up a few hours later. I’m super grateful for their service. Their selection is great. Their staff is knowledgeable and laid back
