Leaving 1 star for the employee by the name of Deana. Not sure if I spelled it right but she was the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I work in the area and come to this location frequently and I love the staff and location. My coffee is always great and everyone is always polite. But Deanna had the rudest mouth I’ve ever come across. We simply forgot to order 1 donut and my husband politely asked if we could add it to the order when we got to the window, we did not ask for a meal to be made or anything hot to be added just a simple ONE donut. And Deana looked at him and said “ oh did you already drive past the speaker? Do you drive past the speaker? And you want to add something? But you drove past our speaker right? “ unbelievably RUDE. Implying that we already missed our chance to order. Her attitude does not represent what customer service is all about. Completely disgusted wit how we were treated over a single donut.

Everytime I order on Uber Eats. It is never right. They send coffee instead of tea. Cold matcha that’s sitting on the bottom of the cup when it should be hot. I’ve had at least 4 wrong orders. Shame on me for ordering from them.

There is always an issue when ordering frozen coffee. They will give it to fully liquid and not care. Please fix your frozen coffee machine or train your employees to put more ice in it. Its not hard.

Sunday Feb 2nd @ 430pm. I ordered 2 bagels and i could literally hammer nails with them. They were purposely taken from the old bin instead of the display. Shame on the kid who sold them to me.

The worst service rude nasty clueless mess up every order gave several chances but the last time wanted a hot black tea I received a hot cup of bleach water I’m guessing they where cleaning machines and flushing with bleach solution and forgot then just poured a cup then got mad when I expressed my concern

2nd time paid for Veg Cream and recd plain Cream cheese. Reason = We were busy ans mistakes happen ♂️ Really !? Therefore you should NOT be busy to serve the customer the right stuff for what you charged.

Service is typically fine, but the woman at the drive thru today didn’t wait for me to have a firm grip when handing me my coffee so it ended up spilling once I was trying to put it into my car. Instead of offering me napkins I was berated and told, “Why would you do that? You grabbed it from the lid! Never grab it from the lid like that again! Never do that!” over and over. I was about to tell her she needed to stop talking and just give me napkins, but she eventually did; I get that you’re on camera and don’t want to get in trouble, but instead of trying to make it look like it was all me, just give me napkins and ask me if I’m alright, it wasn’t that big of a deal and it really wasn’t that difficult to just give me napkins instead of trying to save your own face while my lap and hands are covered in hot coffee.

I never write reviews but my experience here has been so bad I had too. I live nearby and this has been my go-to DD for years. I usually only order ice coffee and recently it is usually always made wrong. The last few times it has tasted like spoiled cream in my coffee. I ordered an ice coffee with cream and caramel and it came out dark like it had mocha in it. It did not. And it was so sour I thought something was very wrong. Went back and asked for a new one showing how off looking my coffee looked. Received a new one and same thing. Looked way too dark and tasted sour. Over the years the quality of this location has gone bad. I can go to another DD down the street order the same thing and have no issues.
There is clearly something wrong with this location and I advise you to go somewhere else. If you mess up a simple ice coffee multiple times then what else are you getting wrong. This has been going on for months not just a 1 time bad experience
