I stopped by Popeyes because I really love their food, especially after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even though I had to wait for my order, everything came out exactly as I asked. I’m really happy with my experience, the food was delicious and made my evening so much better. Thanks for such a great meal!

I’ve gotten carryout here twice and ordered from inside and both times had a genuinely nice experience. The staff was polite and friendly. The food definitely took a little while to be made but not an unreasonable amount. The interior is kept very clean and it’s honestly a good place to dine in at. I also received a large portion and with some of their deals you get some really good value.

They forgot my biscuit in the drive thru , (which is fine, I’ve worked in fast food before we all make mistakes) but when i came in there to retrieve it this lady picked it up with her bare hands, when i asked where is your gloves she said “oh we don’t use those” that is disgusting! You should always have gloves on when handing food.

The staff is nice but i don’t know why they have consistent issues with getting orders right. I have to check every item before I leave because something is ALWAYS missing. One time they forgot two whole sandwiches. One time I asked for 5 tenders and at the window he said it was rang up as 3. He fixed it, charged me for 5, but didn’t tell the girl making my food so she only gave me 3!
I worked at Popeyes for over 5 years, you guys really need to be double checking the bags before you hand them out. UPDATE: I asked for 3 regular tenders and got 3 old, dry spicy tenders and 1 regular tender. IF YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TENDERS SAY SOMETHING.

Love popeyes, but really disappointed with this particular location and probably will not be coming back…. the more I have been coming here, the more negative experiences I’ve continued to have. From them forgetting sauces or mixing up orders with the wrong items, but the most disappointing have been them constantly serving us OLD CHICKEN on a REGULAR BASIS. I’ve worked in food, I know it’s a lot of work and tiring, especially when it’s late, but I never would sacrifice food quality or PURPOSELY give customers the wrong item or old food because I’m tired or being lazy and dont want to prep more food. . . Especially somewhere like popeyes that is first of all, one of the most expensive fast food chicken places around, and secondly, popeyes claims they train their workers to throw out chicken that has sat out for an unacceptable amount of time, they obviously don’t do that at this location. Dont waste your money here, they dont care about consistent quality control when serving their customers food.

If I could rate zero stars I would! I waited in line for 5 minutes no other customers in the store one worker on her phone in lobby other two people I see in the back arguing in Spanish then a woman emerges from the back and the food was old and looked like it was sitting a long time so I simply asked for fresh fries and biscuits to which the manager of all people refused to do. I ordered 12 total biscuits with my meal since his one available tray of old ones was still available my choice was those or nothing and could only purchase a fresh dozen if I ordered 20 and was very rude and seemed annoyed at my request for fresh fries of which I had 4 large orders and 12 biscuits! I will never spend my money there again let alone $60 on dinner for my family! Management or ownership should not hire people to work customer service that do not want to deal with people

Seriously this place used to be nice. But first time dining in a long while. The food was ok. Chicken looks like been sitting up there for an a while. The biscuits is hard as a rock. Ordered ate and dined in. The trash is full, crumbs all over the floor and tables. Not to mention the bathroom is totally gross. I wish I had taken the photos around so that the dept of health could see this. Just bad overall. I would not come back. I don’t know why this place still open.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order through the app and when I got there, they told me they were out of sweet tea. I asked if I could wait for a fresh batch, and they flat out told me no. I then asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t give me one because it was an app order. So now I’m out of money and didn’t even get what I paid for.
The staff was a group of young, careless workers who clearly didn’t care about the customers. No professionalism, no solutions — just attitude. Total waste of my time. I left frustrated and empty-handed.
Popeyes really needs to retrain or replace the team at this location. This kind of service is unacceptable.

you better speak Spanish if you want your order correct. I wanted to try the new chicken dippers but they weren’t on the menu. I asked and was told in broken english, they didn’t have them, only tenders. After waiting for my food, the tv at the counter displayed “chicken dippers $4.99.” She brought me my food and I said that’s what I wanted. She said “I told you Dippers”. OMG.
