Received a pizza that was more so raw dough but the manage tonight claim he didn’t see any. Lmao how you see it anyway if it’s around the stuffed crust. Won’t be ordering here again. They rather take the food back and refund than remake it which is fine

Received burnt breadsticks that were not edible and “jalapeño” bites that were drowning in red sauce and had sausage in several of the bites. Called the store and and selected speak to manager and was on speaker phone hearing everything that was going on in the background and the person that I was speaking to was repeating everything to someone else in the background. Will never order from them again. Would give 0 stars if able to.

I placed a online order this evening and requested the pizza & wings to be well done . Of course it wasn’t ! 3rd time is a charm I won’t be ordering again . The online order stated well done but I’m assuming no one is reading what’s ordered & just preparing pizza !!! The pizza was undercooked, toppings coming off, including the cheese , oversauced pizza and the unsauced roasted wings were not roasted properly. Fatty and undercooked!!! Let’s just say everything was nasty and a waste of money !! Not to mention you are placed on hold when calling to complain ! I did file a complaint online & awaiting a response back !

This is my first time ordering from here due to my regular store being closed. The 2 people in store are under 25, the girl looks 16.. They have no idea about what quality or service is!!! The young man TRIED. My pizza is stuck to the box. Not ONE slice is whole!!! Where is the management to provide quality? I will come back with foil and get my free pizza next week then I AM DONE WITH PAPA JOHNS. Just because we are in the southern part of Dallas doesn’t mean to treat us like we are LESS THAN your north dallas customers. MY MONEY IS JUST AS GOOD!!! Seriously disappointed!!!

Great little store. From online order to pick up just 20 min. The only challenge is around 5 and 6pm parking. Being around Wal-Mart people park around the spots for the store and you might have to park in 3 rows back. Carry out is the way to go. The custom pizza was correct and the chessey sticks where just right. I enjoy this little neighborhood papa John’s

Called for a pizza to be delivered. The pizza was burnt! Not edible. So, I called the store (11:40 am 8/27 and was transferred by Mark to a manager.Manager did not give his name. Only mumbled a hello. I asked him if he was the store manager, he said he was. He then told me that he was told he was alone do to a Covid in his store and he had over 200 deliveries he was making alone. (FYI I called him on a recorded line so I have the complete conversation.) I told him I would like the order replaced. He told me to call back after 5 pm (6 hours away) again he reiterated, he was alone and couldn’t help me at this time. I informed him I will be reaching out to his manager because he could just replace the burnt pizza and I’d be satisfied. He told me, “you do that and God bless you and have a good day” and hung up on me. So rude and disrespectful that I decided to write a review.

I called to complain about the jalapeno pizza bites which are gross. When I called I was told if there was no problem with the order then I can just leave a review online. So here I am leaving a review. I’ve never had a manager seem so unexperienced and rude. Who tells a customer just go leave it review online there’s nothing they can do? I didn’t even take the time to mention that they just threw together my Philly cheesesteak papadia after such a rude response. Just look at this picture. The stuff was thrown together.

Last week, I ordered two veggie pizzas online from this Papa’s location. While the taste was decent, the real issue was the delivery. When I placed the order, I didn’t realize they use DoorDash for delivery—something the website only informs you of after you’ve completed your order.
Initially, I received text updates about the pizza’s progress and the driver’s departure, which was great. But then, the updates stopped. After noticing the delay, I checked the website tracker, which suddenly showed my order as cancelled. I called the store, and they transferred me to who I assume was the driver. Communicating was difficult due to a language barrier, but after a few minutes, I finally understood him: “Your order wasn’t cancelled. Reception told me to leave your pizza on a chair in the lobby.”
Huh? I work in the public safety building. No one at reception would have told him that. Even if they had, my order included clear instructions to deliver the pizza to the second floor. I was here the entire time—he never came up. I have no idea how long my pizza sat unattended in the lobby, leaving it vulnerable to tampering or theft.
On a side note, if they are not using their own drivers, why still charge the $3.99 delivery fee? SMH! This is what we get for $61 dollars, for 2 large veggie pizzas? This was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
