I went to this McDonald’s location on 01/02/2026. This was my first time visiting so I went through the drive thru everything was fine I ordered a big mac meal with no lettuce and a double cheeseburger. When I received my meals everything was in the bag. I went to eat the double cheeseburger it was disgusting had so much mustard on the outside of the bun and wrapper. I couldn’t even eat it. The big mac I bought for my mom was so dry it had a dab of big mac sauce. I will never goto this location again fast food has become so bad because they hiring people who can barely read and write English. I will be cooking at home for now on only went because my mom wanted McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. They don’t speak English and they are all rude. You will not get a “can I help you “ or a “thank you “ you will get a nod or a “what do you want “. The rudest people ever. They were nice when corporate was here but other than that you will get crap service at this McDonald’s. Baltimore City has way better McDonald’s than here. The service in the drive thru was very unfortunate. We waited in a line while the other drive thru line had multiple cars served. When the person took the order, she was extremely short and rushed, constantly asking “anything else?” Or saying “drink?” At both windows I said thank you multiple times and received no response at all. We ordered a triple cheeseburger and received instead three double cheeseburgers.

This particular McDonalds has messed up my order the past four or so times. Some of them have been mobile orders picked up through the drive-through window. Some have been ordered at the drive-through.

They are incredible unreliable. I do not leave without checking my meal, because it is wrong 90% of the time. I wish I were exaggerating; it is not my wish to get to the drive-through ordering station, or the window(s), or all of the above, and find out that they don’t really speak English all that well. I have nothing against that, but if I’m paying you to prepare my meal and you think plain means there should still be pickles and ketchup and onions and…

The amount of $ wasted on me at this restaurant is amusing to consider.

I write this message with the hope that someone will consider hiring or training staff properly so that there is less breakage, and less of my time being wasted. I shouldn’t have to check my meal everytime–but I do, and usually at this location, it turns out I got the wrong thing. Tonight they gave me the wrong thing. And then, after that, they gave me the wrong thing. Third time’s the charm!

Horrifically operated McDonald’s. Truly miserable performance. At what, you ask? (1) Taking the proper order (i.e., inputting it correctly so it shows up right on the screen and on my receipt), (2) preparing what is written on the order. Again, my last two mobile orders have been messed up, so…

Dear McDonalds. Please give half a crap to make this operation run better. I don’t even want to go, at this point; I fully expect to have to deal with incompetence and return my order at least once. Because that is the norm.

Thank you for your time and attention. I would include a picture of my receipt from tonight but they didn’t give it back to me, and as they were all hooting and hollering in Spanish, I didn’t really feel like staying around longer than necessary (it was already much longer than should be).

Also, your prices are a joke. That goes to all McDonalds. But the service here? Professionally bad. Congratulate yourselves on having absolutely no apparent standards.

This location CONSTANTLY messes up. Sometimes I get sauce, something’s I don’t, sometimes it’s the wrong sauce. What the hell kind of quality control is happening at this location!

I come here more times than I’d like to admit a week. Service has always been fast and friendly. The food has always been fresh and hot. Not matter what time a day I’ve came here. Does matter if it’s dine in or drive thru. The Service has always been great!

Terrible experience. My carry-out order was missing an entire entrée. I shouldn’t have to check the bag in the parking lot to make sure I actually get what I paid for. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. Please double-check orders in the future. Very disappointed.
