If I could give no stars I would. I order from here sometimes twice a week and have never had a problem with service or food quality. I placed an online order and this time the quality of the food was terrible. The tenders were so hard and dry, I couldn’t even eat them. Not too mention, where is the sauce? I’ve reached out to have this resolved but have received no response. Is unfair to pay for food you can’t eat. I will not be back until the issue is resolved.

I came here after I left another wing spot not far from there buying some fish and WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. So I decided to get some wings and tenders, I ordered online from my phone ,the food was ready and hot when I got there. My food was still fresh , hot, and tasty when I got home. Will be going back again . I only gave them a 4star because the guy behind the counter seemed to have had an attitude about the call ins that weren’t paid online. You have to hold those comments in when you are dealing with customers. Several customers heard him, and his facial expression showed displeasedment .

I stood in this place 30 miss after I placed my order online waiting for my food. I only had a 20 piece boneless wing combo. I was offered something to drink while I waited by the young man at the register. No one kept me up to date on my order as I sat watched people who came in mind after me receive their food. I had to ask what was going on, I was then notified that my food had not even been dropped to cook. I wasnt offered any type of compensation or an apology for the delay.

Chicken was not thoroughly tossed. Fries were just a clump of undercooked oily slop. Had to repeat my name 3 times because the guy couldn’t understand English. Had to remind them that I had a drink with my order. May be better at other locations but this one was a waste of time and money. Avoid

The floors were sticky but alot of people were getting their food to go. I’m not going to ding them for that. Because the business was constant. Folks like placed an order some pick there’s up. The were really moving in that kitchen. First time eating there. So I had the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic both great I was surprised about the amount of fries they give you. The next I’ll try more but a good first trip.

Definitely one of the most disappointing wingstops ive ever been in i waited over 40 minutes to get my order and i sat here and watched as the lady in the back was tossing wings and let one fly out not only did she not throw it away she put it in someones order this store Definitely needs a stern visit from corporate and proper training

Ordered a $40 order of wings for my family, got back and the order wasn’t even ours. So my wife went back to get our order she checked it before leaving and it was still wrong when she went to tell the person at the counter the original worker that gave her the order rolled their eyes and was annoyed. they left out our voodoo fries, and one tender on a 3 piece tender combo, and didn’t give us any of the honey mustard we ordered. They told her it would be 5mins she waited 20 more minutes they gave her 2 brownies for her time. Of all the years we have been eating here there hasn’t been a single time that our order has been right but it hasn’t taken 3+ tries to get it right till yesterday. The food is good, the service is horrible, the place is never clean and they are rude even though it’s their mistake.

I wasn’t impressed with these wings or fries. Being a Dining Services Manager with years of cooking experience, I can honestly say theirs room for improvement. My Original Buffalo flavor was first Lemon Pepper flavor. No one can convince me otherwise. This was one lemony experience.
