Horrible customer service. Walked in and was ready to order . None of the staff even acknowledged the fact that I was at the register waiting to be greeted or asked if I was ready to order which I was because I always get the same thing . Waited some more finally some girl was walking to the register only to literally just shone me off and proceeded to help the door dasher that had walked in . Greeting him and getting his order like I wasn’t even there . Never going there again I’ll just go to domino’s pizza or get a Costco pizza . For the amount of money Pizza Hut is charging they should definitely consider training these employees and showing them proper Etiquette.

I’m a student at Hanford west high school and I had ordered pizza for me and my friends for lunch I had the order scheduled to come to the school at 1:15pm, driver called cause he was there early and I said to wait a few minutes for me to get out of class only 2-3 minutes later I’m receiving text of him threatening to take my food back and when I called to let him know I was already at the gate for the food he was already aggressive towards me threatening to take my food back and making me reorder I had to wait cause the lady who would let me out for my food was talking to someone and I saw the delivery driver standing there angry with his arms crossed looking at me I was planning on giving him a 50% tip for coming early but decided not to with his attitude towards me I am utterly disgusted by this and do not want to ever order Pizza Hut ever again because of this man

I just probably had one of the tastiest pizza I’ve ever had at any Pizza Hut!! The seasoning was GREAT! It was seriously cooked to perfection and the cheese and sauce were AMAZING!! The service was VERY good!!! Everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful!! Honestly this was such a great experience I had to share my thoughts on it!! I definitely recommend it and I cannot wait to come back!! The place was also very clean!! I also recommend using the app to order to avoid waiting!!

Ordered a large bbq chicken & pineapple pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived late with no sauce on it. Pizza at its core has three ingredients: dough, cheese, and SAUCE. How does a restaurant chain whose namesake is selling pizza forget SAUCE on a pizza?!?!
We called this Pizza Hut to request a replacement for the incorrect order and was told the wait would be 45 minutes on a Sunday night. Nearly an hour wait for the restaurant’s honestly embarrassing error is outrageous. We asked for a store credit instead just to save time after our original order was late and got a $15 credit.
So yeah. If you want sauce on your pizza, go elsewhere.

My pizza was so extra small. Description did not tell me that it was a personal pizza. It was also burnt. I tired to order a make your own salad and only had 2 options to add anything in it (feta, red onion). I got the wrong dressing. An the wings were chewy. Overall didn’t like my experience. Would not order from there again.

Food always arrives slightly early or right on time. Easy order via the website, food always consistent. Staff is courteous and puts the customer first. Haven’t had a bad experience. Keep up the good work.
