Bojangles makes the best chicken dinner in fast food and this particular location rocks! Courteous and enthusiastic employees and manager explains why this place is so clean and crisp. The lightly spiced chicken is excellent. But the dirty rice is even better. And, I never thought I would say this but, the biscuits are the best! I wish I had this place near my home, I’d eat here every week. You can’t beat the value, the taste or the experience. Give them a try. You’ll be back!

This Bojangles’ location is one to go to. The food came out hot, well seasoned and there wasn’t any mistakes made on my order. I ordered the Bo-Tenders combo-2. Tenders, dirty rice and seasoned fries. This location is worth a visit!

Very pleasantly surprised with this place. Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. The fries were hot and seasoned well, the chicken was fresh and cooked well, and the biscuit was amazing! The place was clean, employees were efficient, it was priced right and the food was great. Cant ask for much more from a fast food place.

This is the best chicken that I have had in a very long time. It was moist, tender, and full of flavor. The Mac and cheese tasted like homemade and so did the fries. They are better than any other restaurant that I have ever bought chicken from. I wish we had one of these in my hometown. I was two hours from home when I ate here. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I only ordered a $5.00 value meal and it took 20 or more minutes in the drive through. I had to ask for a straw and when I got back with my food I realized they didn’t even include a fork. They also didn’t ask if I needed hot sauce or anything else. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! The procedures definitely need to be addressed inside. People trained, and processes improved. The food was ok I guess. It was my first time at Bojangles. I was hoping for a much better experience. I probably won’t be back!

I received excellent customer service here. Desirea welcomed me and told me how much time it would take for my order and asked if it was acceptable to me. She then offered me a drink to enjoy while I waited. I was impressed with the teamwork I witnessed. Their Men’s restroom was spotless and clean.

Hot, fresh food! When they’re weren’t enough breasts to fill our orders, we opted to wait for all fresh chicken. Juicy and delicious! Fries were crispy, and great dirty rice. Boberry biscuits were awesome too!

The gentleman that took our order was friendly and helpful, though he neglected to give my husband a receipt. He did warn my husband that his Cajun chicken sandwich would have to be “dropped” and would take 5 .minutes. It took nearly 15. The woman who brought our food to the table seemed indifferent to us being here…and our food was cold. My husband also doubts that he had the Cajun chicken as it didn’t seem to have anymore spice than my regular chicken sandwich. There are also a few details around the store that no one seems to care about…such as the table cards being in their right place or even being turned right side up…and empty trays left on empty tables. This was our first Bojangles experience and I doubt we will have a second.

Clean and well kept but very slow service. Staff was just standing around talking and not being attentive to any customers . I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my meal which was just a 4-Piece Supreme and even had to go up and ask for it at that point because they had forgotten about it. There were multiple people in the Drive-Thru who were also waiting upwards of 10 minutes for the meals and staff did not seem to care. ended up making me run late in getting back to work. Not very happy

They never have the food ready always a 15 minute wait. So I always go to KFC it’s busier so the food is fresh and ready. I hate that, because I’d like to give some of my business to Bojangles. My guess from the lack of lines I’m not the only one disappointed.
