Went twice, had the 50/50, the Dub, onion rings, fries, and strawberry milkshake. All good, but the burgers are craveable. Price is a little steep, but overall worth it for the great burgers.
The burgers were cooked well in the smashed style: crispy skirt but still juicy so that your hands will not remain clean. The meat of both burgers was flavorful enough so toppings aren’t actually needed. The 50/50 patties made me think “bacon” for a second, even though there was no bacon. By far the best burger patties I have consumed in over a decade.
I’m 6’4” and 240lbs and found one order of burger and fries to be pretty, even though I did eat 2 in one sitting once, but I’m a glutton and wasn’t able to bend over and pick up anything off the floor after.
Milkshake seemed to be a normal size to me, ~12 oz, so no complaints from me about being too small.
The fries and onion rings were good, but not as memorable as the burgers.

So… very good overall. Just a bit pricey for the portions, especially considering they make the burgers basically plain (bun, meat, cheese, sauce). Not unheard of in Hawai’i, where you have to order a “deluxe” if you want any lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, etc. Because this place is specializing in burgers, though, I assumed they decorated them a bit more. I’ll have to see what they can do when I come back next time. That critique aside, the meats were amazing. They don’t skimp on the patties or the sauce. I had the venison burger (from Moloka’i deer), and it was delicious. I also love that they have Paradise Ciders on tap. I loved this place overall, but need to explore the menu more, to make sure I leave full… I’m a big guy. Maybe a double venison burger deluxe will do the trick next time, with an upgrade to onion rings? I’ll definitely be back. Not bad for a burger place overall, though I would suggest some tweaks. Decor was nice, service was great, food came quickly.

Went twice during our stay on the big island…so good the first time we had to make a trip back. My husband and I shared the 4-banger and it was delicious. The kids had the dubs and the waitress was nice enough to give us extra fries for my youngest. My son said it was the best burger he has ever had. Live music was really good as well.

Before heading over to Hilo we wanted to grab something to eat. It was a Friday night and this place was packed. More than any other place at the village. There’s were 5 of us and it didn’t take too long to get all our food. I had “the dubs” with everything on it (free toppings) and it was excellent! There was a guy singing with guitar who had an amazing voice and the vibe was perfect. I highly recommend this place for burgers.

Not too many food options in the area so I’m glad I came across this place while visiting.
You wouldn’t expect good smash burgers but these were top notch. Nice char but kept the juiciness of the burger. Add on some onion rings, fries, and beer and you can’t go wrong.

This smash burger was absolute perfection — the kind that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate what’s happening. The edges were ultra-crispy, giving that irresistible caramelized crunch, while the center stayed incredibly moist and flavorful. I was very surprised on how this gyood tasted. After being on the island for a week and eating at more expensive dining options we decided to check this place or after snorkeling. It is not on the resort side but across the way in a newly built strip mall.
After parking which there is plenty of. My first thoughts were not expecting anything very special. I was wrong. It’s a very cool beach vibe atmosphere. The burgers were excellent. My fries were well seasoned and the onion rings were really good. And that veggie burger was probably one of the best ones I’ve had ever. I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you just want to try something off the resort in Waikoloa.

One of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had! Their onion rings are good too. I love the option of grilled onions and jalapenos as well. If you’re on the Big Island and craving a burger, definitely check them out. Service is fast and friendly as well.

Great burgers at reasonable prices for Hawaii. Plenty of parking in a safe looking area. There is seating outside with a good number of tables inside. Check out their menu for meat options, sauces, and add-ons. The best part is the crispy edge to the patty. If I get to the Big Island again I will definitely return.
