This was probably the best Potbelly we have been to. We ordered a big Cubano and Avo Turkey. The staff was genuinely friendly and outgoing, which is unusual these days, and the sandwiches were delicious. Several of the other locations we have tried were rather stingy with the ingredients so the big size sandwiches were pricey for what you got, more bread than filling. These were well proportioned and bigger than we expected.

I know PotBelly is not known for selling salads. Bought two salads from them recently. Both had old tired greens. The other toppings were good. The picture makes them look better than they were. Zoom in to see it better. Makes me wonder how fresh their other ingredients are?? If you don’t have fresh greens, send someone out to the grocery.

I’ve been going to Potbelly before it was a chain. The original on Lincoln Ave. I love their subs. Always have how we this one, ugh. Sub was great however all the tables were dirty and no one was even attempting to clean them. If you want a tip- clean your tables. Don’t bring down the original to your level. Come on folks!

DON’T USE GIFT CARDS HERE!! Bought gift cards and had a big order and wanted to use them. They were 4 – $25 separate gift cards. My order was about $75 and I used the 4th gift card for the remaining amount of about $22. They then said you can’t have the remaining balance on your gift card. I was extremely upset and they wasted my whole gift card. I asked to talked to the manager who couldn’t help at all. They even had to call the head store manager. By this time my food was getting cold and I’m standing there just waiting this entire time. The customer service was horrendous. It took that long for them to finally have them give me the money in cash. There system was horrible! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! GO TO JERSEY MIKES OR JIMMY JOHNS WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAYYYY BETTER!!!
