for a Monday night, seeing people there both dining in and ordering take outs, thats a good sign! for some reason, I had a feeling the burgers would be good and they actually were! just simple, well-flavored, fresh, juicy burgers!! nothing fancy, just quality meats and fresh ingredients. Thats all that was needed for that meal. Although I thought fries on the side would be included, that didnt really disappointed me as much. Wish I tried their shakes though.
oh and the “chicken wings” were awesome! Truffle Honey Mustard was sooo good

Wow delicious! Customer service is great too! The burger tastes fresh and the onion rings…the crunch!! Soo good, and the milkshakes are probably the best milkshakes I’ve had in Jersey. If you love burgers + milkshakes, come here. 10/10! Yum!

Dan and days is the best and is a good place to go if you are in a rush. Food is good and comes out fast. More importantly, there is a great atmosphere and a good place where community comes together. You often see the owners here.

So happy we spontaneously found this awesome burger place! Stopped in for late lunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating and was able to place our orders right away. The food didn’t take very long to get and it was AWESOME! The avocado BLT and smash burgers right off the grill and our onion rings were really good. I barely had fries because my husband scarfed them all down lol
Will definitely be back here to try their sandwiches and shakes!

We stopped by for dinner and were blown away by the quality. The burgers were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a premium burger. But the real showstopper? The Pastrami Reuben. It literally melted in my mouth; the meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
To top off a great meal, the service was exceptional. When we went to order two extra lemonades, the manager stepped in and offered them to us on the house. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that turn a good restaurant into a favorite.
Great vibes, delicious food, and a team that actually cares about their guests. We will definitely be back!

Long overdue review: The burgers are excellent, fries are perfect, and their milkshakes are my 6 year old son’s favorite thing in the world. Dan & Days quickly became our takeout burger night dinner spot, and it’s been consistently perfect every time! I’ve never dined in, but when we pick up there the staff is always delightful and it’s clean and cheerful inside.

I tried the smash patty melt (was told it was a customer favorite), buttermilk crispy chicken and fresh cut French fries with a side of chipotle aioli. Melt was tasty but over smashed…all of the flavor disappeared inside the bun-the patty was very tasty. Hear me out…the chicken sandwich was beautifully made, had amazing flavor, and cooked to perfection. Fries and aioli were MEH. I’ll try some else next time and update as needed. Not worth a special trip but fine as a quick bite for in the area. Nothing fancy here, maybe two steps up from a fast food place…still fast food vibe.

Absolutely the best burgers in town! Juicy, perfectly cooked patties with yummy toppings and homemade sauces. The buns are soft but hold everything together, and the sides (especially the onion rings) are top-notch. Friendly staff makes this spot a must-visit for any burger lover. Highly recommended!

Opened in 2024 in Upper Montclair. Friendly service. Nice sit down or take out hamburger and fries restaurant. They have milkshakes, too, which a lot of people ordered. The burgers, fries, and onion rings were all delicious. The restaurant has souvenirs for sale as well. Nice little restaurant in a small town that is worth visiting.
