Against my better judgement I stopped at this location to give them another try. Huge mistake. The service at this location is subpar. The pizza I received looked like it was cut by a child. The pieces weren’t even and one piece wasn’t even a piece at all. I’ve had this experience before but decided to give this location another try. Unfortunately that was a mistake on my end. While waiting in line a customer that came in behind me who I’m assuming is a regular was serviced before me. Who cares if he’s a regular customer or if his order was already paid for. I was there first, patiently waiting and to help him was rude. Today’s visit solidified my stance of never returning to this location.
I love Marco’s it’s literally my families go to pizza place. However this specific location tends to miss the mark quite often. A pizza that should’ve had 8 slices truly only had 7 because the two slices below put together equates to 1 slice. The requested garlic sauce wasn’t in either box. The pizza is never cut evenly, there’s been a time where it wasn’t cut at all. Unfortunately this is the closest location to us but I’ll go the extra distance to the FM 529 store.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza at 5:08 and was told the the pizza would take approximately 20 minutes. I get to the store at 5:30 and the cashier couldn’t find my order. Another employee said they think they gave it to someone else by mistake. I was fairly irritated because I was trying to get somewhere on time and I’m sure my attitude showed. They apologized with sincerity and calmly assured me they would remake my order. They prompty started my order and as I waited I looked around at the seating area. There was ample seating for such a small establishment and everything seemed orderly and clean. I was surprised that my pizza was ready in 7 minutes and pleased that they had remaking it their top priority. The pizza was crisp, well put together and as tasty as you can expect from a pizza chain.

Ordered pizza through delivery and made a mistake and called them to add something to it, they charged us extra and then didn’t even deliver the item. Also the delivery driver ignored the contactless option(it’s an option they give!! Not a special request) when I told him to please drop the pizza at the door when he knocked I had to explain to him what I was telling him to do.. not going here again

I tried the Pepperoni Magnifico, and it was amazing! The pepperoni was crispy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the flavor was just right. The pizza came out hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had!

This is the second time I ordered curbside and they did not bring it out to me. I watched through the front window and it appears they were just folding boxes in the front. I honked and turned on my emergency flashers and no response. I went inside and they apologized and said they were busy getting dough prepped in the walk-in. Received the pizza and it was cold. Last time unfortunately it was cold as well. I come ready with a hot bag expecting hot pizza. This location needs training. At least the pizza is made and cut correctly this time. But cold pizza is unacceptable. I will take my business to the N Fry location since they have been consistent with quality.

This was my first time getting a pizza from this restaurant but the pizza was really delicious and fresh. I don’t know what the atmosphere is like since I had my pizza delivered but the service was fast and professional. The only con I can think of is I wish it cost a little less
